How to Join and Host a Tournament

Rules:
-These battles will take place on Pokemon Online or CAP server on Shoddy Battle
-You are absolutely not allowed to use any Pokemon in BL, OU, and Ubers
-If a Pokemon does move tiers, the following round will follow the tier change
-You are not allowed to join if you are ICBB status or you are banned from joining tournaments (I will check to make sure)
