Other 2500 double battle (in my league)

Hi, there will be a tournament in my league (Hong Kong league) soon, and it will be a 2500 double battle.

2500 is sort of like NU, but you can fit any Pokemon into your team, as long as the total base stats of 6 Pokemons do not exceed 2500.
Megas are allowed but is calculated using base stats AFTER Mega evolving. (Therefore, Mega Mawile counts as 480)
Item clause: yes
Species clause: yes
Sleep clause: yes
Evasion clause: NO

Here's the team I'm thinking of:

1. (Mega) Mawile. (stat 480)
@ mega stone

Play Rough
Iron Head
Sucker Punch
Protect

Nature: careful
EV: Atk 52, HP 252, Def 100, SDef 100

Base stat 480, which is surprisingly low for a Mega.
Also, Mawile Mega is one of the hardest hitting Pokemon in the entire metagame.
This makes Mega Mawile very worthy to be fitted into a 2500 as it doesn't eat up a lot of quota, but has a great output.
Sucker Punch is for priority.
Attack at 52 EV's because it already hits very hard. I want it to be bulkier since it's a slow Pokemon, but I don't want to use trick room.

....................................................................

2. Talonflame (stat 499)
@ Sitrus berry
Gale Wings

Flare Blitz
Brave Bird
Protect
Tailwind

Nature: Adamant
EV: 252 Atk, 252 HP

Talonflame is an OU in Smogon, yet has a stat of 499 which is quite low for an OU.
This makes Talonflame very worthy.
I definitely need a fire type Pokemon because I predict that there will be lots of Mawile in this tournament.
Tailwind to set up for Smeargle and Jynx just in case.
I don't put any EV in speed because I don't think there would be a lot of fast Pokemon.
People in Hong Kong love trick room with slow Pokemon and they love stall teams.
Sitrus berry is to let Talonflame attack more times, since its attacking moves are recoil moves.

--------------------------------------------------------------

3. Jynx (stat 455)
@ life orb
Dry Skin

Protect
Blizzard
Energy Ball
Psyshock

Nature: Timid
EV: HP 200, Speed 252, SA 52

Jynx had been NU queen on Smogon for a long time, and 2500 is sort of like NU sometimes. 455 stat doesn't take up too much quota.
Jynx hides right behind Talonflame and switches out should any water Pokemon threatens Talonflame.
Energy ball is specifically for hitting water Pokemon.
200 HP EV's allows it to survive most shadow balls, if any.

----------------------------------------------------------------

4. Azumarill (420)
Choice Band
Huge Power

AQUA JET
play rough
icce punch
superpower

Nature: Adamant
EV: HP 252, Attack 252

420 base stat is actually quite low for ... what is it now? Rank A Pokemon on Smogon's OU viability list?
Definitely worth using.
Not sure about belly drum, I think I'll just spam Aqua jet really. I love how it is a priority move, so Azumarill's speed isn't a problem.
The other moves are all filler moves.
I wouldn't imagine there would be any dragons, because they all have huge base stats and people probably won't waste quota fitting them in.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

5. Smeargle (250)
Focus sash
Own tempo

King's shield
Spore
confuse ray
thunder wave

EV: Speed 252, HP 252

I see lots of Smeargle in VGC with Dark Void and they seem very annoying. But Dark Void is not allowed in this tournament, so I'd have to go with Spore.
King's shield might help lowering someone's attack stat.
The other moves serve to annoy the opponent as much as possible. I personally wouldn't want Swagger because I think it's risky if used on a physical attacker.

---------------------------------------------------------------

6. Sableye (380)
Prankster
@ leftovers

fake out
foul play
WoW
toxic

EV: 252 HP, 200 SpD, 56 Def

Sableye seems to be yet another annoying mon but has very low base stat.
WoW to cripple physical attackers.
Foul play as a means to attack in the likelihood of being taunted, and the merit is that it uses the opponent's attack rather than it's own, so can invest in its defenses for it to stay longer.

---------------------------------------
--------------------------------------

Overall, I focused more on picking low stat Pokemon with large outputs.
I do not quite know if this team will have enough counter measures inside trick room.
This team also doesn't have any light screen/ reflect. (yet it is obviously an offensive team)
I hope the attacking force is overwhelming enough to take out stallish teams.
