Hi! I will be working with Superpowerdude on this article about the Smogon Mentorship Program. It will be from his perspective as a mentor and my perspective as a mentee. We hope that this will get more people interested in the mentorship program and think of it as more than just a Rate My Team channel.

Rough outline:

- A general overview and history of the program (it is fairly new :D)
- How exactly to use the program (IRC, mentor profiles, Visitor Messages, etc)
- Superpowerdude's experiences and thoughts as a mentor in the program
- My own experiences and thoughts as a mentee who went through the program
- Conclusion and encouraging people to check it out

Thanks for your consideration :) Superpowerdude also says I need to get Article Workshop Access, so I'd like to ask for that as well.

I apologize that no one has replied yet. I was actually waiting to see what @birkal 's thoughts on this were since he was planning on writing a mentorship article himself. Unfortunately, he's been away most of the summer and will be back next month.
