The highlighted IV doesn't mean anything. It always does that. Post a screenshot if you want help.

oh ok well the searching thing just runs out and never finds a seed and ive tried a 3 different times but nothing
are you sure you set keypresses to 3 because mine usually takes awhile also try a different month. I've had to go at least through a whole year to find a seed
Your search is very specific and only one of your parents has good IVs. Do you really need both attack and special attack on this Pokemon? If one isn't necessary set it to none. Also everstone will give you many more results.

Can someone please answer: Does the IVRNG frame advance by 7 only when I withdraw pokemon using the "withdraw pokemon" & "move pokemon" options of PC or whenever I shift a pokemon from party to box as well (as during moving & depositing). Thanks.

withdraw only and make sure you account for the steps to get to the area you need to get to

try again it could be a miscalc in the ivs or you mishit on the time
How are you getting exact IVs? You don't need exact IVs to find your parameters. Use the Calculator in RNG reporter. Click on Pokedex-IV checker.
just a simple IV calculator and some Rare Candies
Try a different time also they don't need to be exact also where are you catching said pokemon
They were different times. They're both combee's at route 12
Go to victory road the entrance from if you fly to the pokemon league

yep and do the same check its ivs and you don't need to level it just pop it into an iv calc (I used metalkid's)
