Charmander summoned a large barrage of rocks from the sky to fall onto the Embirch, who stood there and took it in the mouth. As soon as the rocks finished falling, the Chesnaught slammed its body into the opposing Pokemon, fueled by the rage that was brought on by Charmander's insolence.

Just a c/p error I guess

Handbook says, "If the Pokemon uses a combo on the last action of a round, it is forced to cool down on the first action of the next round and cannot be switched out to prevent this unless the opponent uses a move like Roar on them".

The way I read that is that if something got Roared out, then it prevents the cooldown.
Either way, let me know and I'll post my orders.

(And epicdrill, I have my orders for if it does prevent it. If you want me to, I'll think of orders for if it doesn't prevent the cooldown. Then I could post both at the same time and you could post your orders for both circumstances and then have Cheese figure it out.)
 
Epic drill is correct, Charmander should be at 5En
A round in a singles battle ends when one Pokemon or the other is KOd, and all consequent actions are ignored, there your Charmander did not in fact Chill.

AWailOfATail, you are correct, I didn't change the status of your Monohm after it was roared out, so it does indeed not need to cooldown. I assume you are using Flow?
