Hiya folks~ In today's match, we're seeing Redew's Gible fighting Franz Hopper's Charmander. Charmander has a serious disadvantage here, and Redew has slightly more experience, so it might be a little one-sided.

Charmander moves first, and starts out with a Metal Claw. The attack does a bit of damage, but Gible strikes back with a powerful Earthquake that deals a significant amount of damage.

Seeing the first attack not do much, Charmander opts to change tactics and tries Air Cutter instead. However, it does even less! Gible redirects the swirling air, and turns it into a great Sand Tomb, trapping Charmander in the spin. The sand whirling about chips away at Chamander... this doesn't look good.

Trying yet another approach, Charmander poisons Gible with Toxic. The poison does look painful, and Gible runs away, burrowing under the sand to make an exit? No, wait, it's just hiding underground! It comes back up to hit Charmander with Dig. The poison does take a toll on Gible, but the Sand Tomb hurts Charmander more.

Gible has a huge lead here. But with Franz Hopper ordering second next round, can things be turned around?
