A Smogon Pokemon League

um i say we have an certain amount of time to get a certian amount of bagdes like there are 36 badges (Kanto,Johto,Orange Islands,Hoenn,Shinon) I say we have to get at least 16 bagdes to quallify something like the smogon frontier i think this can help alot and the winner idk will get an special pikachu or something or something so are you guys with me
