I forgot to say, they don't have bank moves. Does that impact anything? I can get them a couple of bank moves, but it won't be tonight. Does that impact the trade?

Dialga needs Draco Meteor and Stealth Rocks. Deoxys just needs Stealth Rocks. If you could get those on them, I'll trade Suicune for them later. A friend just messaged me with your Reshiram, and says he will trade it for Meloetta. So, I'll take these two tonight please:
