Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
What is the most effective Unaware mon right now? The highest one on the viability rankings is Skarmory, but I'm not sure if it syngergizes well with my team.
You can slap unaware on almost anything, depending on what you really wanna use it for. Like an unaware electric can be tossed on a team if you want to beat SD skarmory + crocune and unaware mandi/umbreon can be used to wall boosting physical attackers while hitting them hard with foul play. I've seen unaware chans too actually.
I'm actually more interested in Nasty Plot sets, which temporarily invalidate stall and fat mons in general. This honestly preforms a similar role to Panda, except its much faster and much bulkier.
Given that Hyperspace Fury cannot miss, Hustle is a fantastic choice to drastically increase the power of the move. Combine that with a scarf to patch up its speed, and you end up with a very powerful revenge killer / wallbreaker hybrid. Psychic, while not benefiting from Hustle, is not hampered by it either, giving Hoopa an accurate STAB on the other side of the spectrum (Even without investment, Hoopa-U reaches 377 special attack...). Zen Headbutt is a stronger option over Psychic, but only has 72% accuracy so you may find it missing a lot. Trick cripples walls, and Drain Punch provides Fighting coverage.
Here are some somewhat random calcs in no particular order that demonstrate that insane power Hoopa possesses (And keep in mind that if you want a savage wallbreaker, you can band this for 1.5x damage):
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Hippowdon: 184-217 (43.8 - 51.6%) -- 10.2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 162-192 (48.5 - 57.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Skarmory: 213-252 (63.7 - 75.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Suicune: 187-222 (46.2 - 54.9%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Poison Heal
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 271-321 (83.9 - 99.3%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 271-321 (70.3 - 83.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Doublade: 270-318 (83.8 - 98.7%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 4 HP / 252 Def Snorlax: 295-348 (63.8 - 75.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Poison Heal
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Zapdos: 328-387 (85.4 - 100.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
-1 252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Zapdos: 153-181 (39.8 - 47.1%) -- 98% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Hustle Hoopa Hyperspace Fury vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cresselia: 362-428 (81.5 - 96.3%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
As you can see, among scarfers, this thing has absolutely unparalleled power.
However it is unfortunately (or fortunately) very weak to priority, so when using this one should pair Hoopa with something to take priority moves.

Yeah, this set is a real beast that absolutely crushes most offensive teams. Me and BJ made a team already around it, and are trying to ladder except nobody is on it like usual ;;. Its a great scarfer, and terrifying to face since it has no real switch-ins. You don't need to do much but press fury over and over again.
On special sets, Run Sheer Force. Sheer force LO doesn't even need to boost to 6-0 a lot of stall teams.
To be honest this thing needs a quickban in AAA specifically... Trick and raw power on both sides of the spectrum... with power up punch and nasty plot... even the regular form will be good, but unbound is just... better than ampharos.
Yes, Hoopa-U is open, but probably not for long. It is almost definitely going to be banned very soon, so here is a set that can take down Hoopa-U and generally destroy stuff with a couple set ups, and can set up while sweeping:
Modest LO Psychic + Dark Pulse + Focus Blast + Psyshock (for Goodra and shit) has... basically this as a switch-in:
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Hoopa Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mandibuzz: 221-261 (52.1 - 61.5%) -- 59% chance to 2HKO after Poison Heal << Can actually outstall with Protect + Roost + Focus Blast misses.
It doesn't work with rocks up, though. You also have no recourse if it decides to set up Nasty Plot on you.

Already a controversial figure in OU given its ability to almost invalidate defensive play, Hoopa-U becomes even more powerful in AAA with the addition of a useful ability. Choice Scarf + Hustle, Hoopa-U's most common set, was a complete terror to face for offensive teams, given Hustle gave it the equivalent of both a Choice Band and Choice Scarf boost simultaneously on Hyperspace Fury, which could not miss. Choice Band on the Hustle set gave it incredible power as well, 2HKOing even the most bulky of AAA's physical walls. More can be read about Hoopa-U's Hustle set in this post:

If Hoopa-U opted to go special however, it's Sheer Force set could mow down even the most sturdy of special walls with ease. After a Nasty Plot boost, almost every significant special wall in AAA (Including Chansey, Mandibuzz, Goodra and Meloetta) could not even take a single hit from the demon, and without resorting to otherwise questionable walls such as RegenVest Mandibuzz, stall was utterly hopeless against Hoopa-U.
Given the raw destructive power of both of these sets, in addition to the potential power of other possible sets such as Poison Heal, in a [4 Ban / 3 Did not vote] vote the council decided that suspecting Hoopa-U would inevitably lead to a ban, so we thus quick-banned it without an official suspect test.
I was originally going to announce a week-long suspect Monday and go through the traditional suspect process that I've used ever since I took over AAA, but quite frankly a Hoopa-U suspect was not necessary, given it would inevitably result in a ban.
There was absolutely no reason not to quick-ban Hoopa-U on the spot - its unparalleled power was quite frankly in a league of its own, and unlike OU, it was far from hard-pressed against offensive teams. In fact, offensive checks to the Scarf Hustle set were practically non-existent, and as you can see by the calculations I posted in my post about the set, even fully physically defensive walls were getting 2HKO'd by a Scarf Pokemon, which is absolutely absurd.
Hoopa-U is quite frankly one of those Pokemon that, if the metagame had started tomorrow, would have been banned on the initial ban list, and the only reason it was even legal for a day was because AAA uses OU bans by default. Its power is comparable to Slaking, Kyurem-B, and Regigigas, and early or not, it was getting banhammered. This wasn't even remotely close to a gray area, and there was no point in waiting.

Somewhat late to the party and although banned now, I was having a good time with Download HoopaU with a spread similar to Klang's, with Scarf Psychic/DrainPunch/DarkPulse/HyperspaceFury. Should've kept it alive imo, it was quite balanced to 2hko every mon in the tier removing all traces of stall evar.
It is somewhat unexpected, a lot of people think their strong fire type attack can kill Lando (ie eruption from chlorophyll Heatran), but Lando stays in obviously takes the hit, and kills the fire mon with earthquake. It also with flash fire, can obviously be used to switch into any fire hit, and counter any non mold breaker fire type, especially scarf des land Victini or such, and either kill that mon or do damage to the switch in, or pivot out with u-turn.
Chandelure @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard

Inferno

Calm Mind
ShadowBall
I don't know if this set was already proposed but I really like it.
With a powerful Fire move who always burn, you can boost yourself against some Pokemons.
And no weakness Gastro isn't worse? I mean, you have so much bulk already, and then you have no weakness to top it off. This thing EATS UP EXPLOSIONS, for god's sake.
196 Atk Azelf Explosion vs. 216 HP / 252+ Def Gastrodon: 232-274 (55.6 - 65.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Best wall in the game IMO.
