Ampharos Heal Bell with Reflect

On ShoddyBattle it says Heal Bell with Reflect is an Illegal Moveset.
Heal Bell was previous an XD Move and Reflect is an Egg move.
With HG/SS Heal Bell and Reflect on Ampharos is legal because of the Move Tutor for Heal Bell.
Can it be fixed so that ShoddyBattle also recognises it as legal?

Apologies if this is a bump, but I am having the same problem with Shoddy at the moment also and would like to run a heal bell + reflect set which, as mentioned above, should be legal as HG/SS move tutor gives heal bell, and reflect is an egg move.

As in when you make it, do you know how their are options, like Standard Metagame, Smogon University etc. Pick Smogon Uni, and Voila
