It has been ruled more than once that Dig (suspend) can be used when taunted. Since it can be used on taunt and taunt prevents the usage of anything other than damaging moves, then Dig (Suspend) is indeed a damaging move...the damaging part is just delayed. So I am disputing that reffing.
