The sub is legal, as I told you on IRC when you asked me Gale Wing Srock -_-. Anti-pedanted;

"IF Thief AND Volkraken is not to use Thief later in the round AND Volkraken holds a Life Orb when you are to act AND Volkraken does not have an active substitute THEN Trick"

Each clause is legal. "Thief" is a legal move clause, "Volkraken holds a Life Orb when you are to act" is a legal chance clause, "Volkraken does not have an active substitute" is a legal chance clause.

"Volkraken is not to use Thief later in the round" can be read as "AND NOT Thief on the following action AND NOT Thief on the action after that", which is completely legal (See: "IF X AND NOT Encore on the following action").

And why the flaming fuck are you calling a DQ warning when you're up to order. Go do so.
