Abilities:

Heat Wave -> Flamethrower -> Heat Wave
If Metal Burst, then use Roost the first time, and Flamethrower + Hyper Beam Combo the second time.
If Metal Burst and you are taunted, then use Flamethrower + Hyper Beam Combo.
If he has Substitute up when you would use Flamethrower + Hyper Beam Combo, then use Heat Wave.
 
Finish him off
Play rough->iron head-->sucker punch
If you are burned when you would act, use iron defense and push actions back (Once)

EDIT: also frosty heat wave should have a hit check (shouldn't matter but just to be sure)

If Altaria is under the effects of Endure when you would act, Use Toxic and push actions back
If Altaria uses Tailwind and is not under the effects of Taunt, Use Taunt and push actions back
 
spamming cotton guard was a carefully planned tactical decision

tailwind -> hyper voice -> hyper beam

if rainmans last sub is illegal for w/e reason i would like to order

If she uses Counter, then use Psychic.
If Endure and you are not taunted, use Stealth Rock that action. not conescuvitve
