Approved without mention of SpD Arcanine and Physically Defensive Arcanine? Those are like its best two sets.

I'd say that bulky Arcanine gives a good layout of what a defensive Arcanine can do-- maybe give some AC mentions of bulkier EV spreads, but that's all. Also, maybe include that Arcanine can go special (with moves like Lava Plume) on the bulky set if it wants to avoid using moves that have recoil.

I would like to make sure that, in talking about the defensive sets, you explain what Pokemon Arcanine is good at checking (like Victini...).

Actually, you should also discuss (perhaps in the overview) those qualities that differentiate it from Victini (priority being the biggest one), why you would use Arcanine over it.

shouldn't leftovers be the primary slash on bulky rk9? seems kinda counteractive when you aren't hitting extremely hard, use life orb, and try being a check to victini all at the same time

Wild Charge should get the primary slash on the 3rd moveslot. Yes you get to obliterate Chansey and target some rock types (the most common, Rhyperior isn't even 2HKOed)
whereas Wild Charge lets you damage bulky waters, 2HKOing many of them with hazard support. Slowbro, the ultimate offensive Arcanine check doesn't like taking repeated Wild Charges.
