[SET COMMENTS]
Assault Vest Primarina is a great special wall and slow pivot. Assault Vest allows Primarina to tank strong super effective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm and Kyurem's Freeze-Dry, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. Surf and Moonblast hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel- and Fire-types such as Gholdengo and Cinderace that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits Dragon-types such as Dragapult that resist Surf. Flip Turn allows Primarina to slow pivot a teammate in after a foe has attacked, and it can also be used on predicted switches to gain momentum. Psychic Noise blocks healing from special walls like Blissey, Clodsire, and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip them down for itself and its partners. 176 Speed EVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, while 80 HP EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to survive a Protosynthesis Special Attack-boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt. An alternative EV spread of 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpA allows Primarina to survive Choice Band Gouging Fire's Tera Fire Raging Fury in sun. Tera Steel turns two of Primarina's major weaknesses, Poison and Grass, into an immunity and a resistance, respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, and Kyurem's Freeze-Dry. However, Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire- and Fighting-types like Cinderace and Great Tusk. Tera Grass aids Primarina's matchup into Ogerpon-W and can help it against Raging Bolt in a pinch too; however, do note that Tera Grass still leaves it vulnerable to Galarian Slowking.

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offense teams that appreciate a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak to special attackers. Landorus-T provides Intimidate and checks the physical attackers that Primarina struggles with like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. Great Tusk is another great teammate, as it provides entry hazard removal and checks Galarian Slowking, which tends to threaten Primarina. In return, Primarina can handle threats like Darkrai and Walking Wake. Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciate support from Primarina who can can hit Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Zamazenta super effectively with STAB Moonblast. Furthermore, both of these Pokemon help check Galarian Slowking for Primarina, along with resisting Grass-type attacks. Gholdengo appreciates Primarina's ability to check Fire-types like Cincerace and Volcarona, as well as Walking Wake. Primarina struggles with Grass-type like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, and Rillaboom, so it's essential to have checks to these such as Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Dragapult. Cinderace, aside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to switch in more often. Dragapult and Cinderace can form a great pivoting core with Primarina, and they can also spread burn in order to help improve Primarina's matchup against physical attackers like Great Tusk.

Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to neutralise check (checking feels like better phrasing here as Primarina is susceptible to getting worn down by hazards and switching into repeated attacks) threats like Walking Wake, Volcarona, and Dragapult. Assault Vest can be is effective at against common special attackers like Choice Specs Walking Wake or even Raging Bolt. (this is a bad mention as Raging Bolt threatens Primarina for heavy damage that is doesn't appreciate taking, Booster Energy can outright OHKO Primarina after Stealth Rock or a Spike. this sentence in general feels unneeded because you already mention the targets AV Primarina answers.) Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel and Fire types that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dragon types that resist surf. (The overview of hitting most things in the tier with your STAB is nice, but it'd be good to mention targets you're specifically trying to hit, like Volcarona with Surf or Darkrai with Moonblast, just to name some) Psychic Noise allows Primarina to block healing from other pokemon like Gouging Fire,Blissey, Clodsire, or and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it. (removed mention of gfire as rina cant safely 1v1 it, let alone switch into it, see; +1 72 Atk Gouging Fire Heat Crash (120 BP) vs. 80 HP / 0 Def Primarina: 149-176 (46.4 - 54.8%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO for reference. mayhaps also mention how chipping down these pokemon opens up Primarina's partners, mainly special attackers that appreciate Clodsire and Blissey being weakened.) 80 HP IVs EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt, and kill threaten it with moonblast, (Primarina will not always KO Raging Bolt as Moonblast is a roll.) while 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to be 1 point faster than Kingambit, letting it outspeed and chip it down before kingambit gets a chance to attack. (rephrase this to be less convoluted, i'd say "allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, which allows it to Flip Turn against it or threaten it with chip damage") Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, poison and grass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. (You should definitely mention how Tera Steel affects Primarina's matchups, as it loses an import matchup into Volcarona but gains better matchups into say Raging Bolt, Slowking-Galar, among others.)

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offence teams that appreciates a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. One such teammate is Landorus-Therian as appreciates the water and ice resists that come from primarina, and this set patches up its special weakness quite well, and walls most of the tier together with Landorus-Therian's Intimidate. (talk about how Lando-T also helps physical attackers that threaten Primarina here instead of trying to stitch Lando and Volcarona together. You already mentioned Rillaboom so try and mention others like Kingambit and Great Tusk.) Other attackers that appreciate this support is Volcarona, with Primarina being able to switch in against the water attacks aimed at Volcarona while sending off Moonblasts at the dragon types that normally wall Volcarona with their typing. Furthermore, both Landorus-Therian and Volcarona are able to beat Rillaboom or Raging Bolt whom Primarina tends to struggle against. (as said keep the mention of partner's synergy with the respesctive partner, talk about how Lando-T helps Rina above rather than after Volcarona) Primarina also appreciates Gholdengo and Heatran as teammates because they are able to wall Rillaboom who is able to hard counter answer (Primarina doesn't get hard answered by Rillaboom because it gets chipped coming in on Moonblast or can be flip turned on. Dengo and Heatran are also not the best answers to it as Dengo takes a lot from Knock Off whilst also be threatened by Banded Wood Hammer and Heatran doesnt like losing its lefties or getting Low Kicked) Primarina most of the time, and these mons could also appreciate a slow Flip Turn to get in freely. (I also think you could definitely mention more partners like Cinderace, which aside from resisting grass also helps Court Change hazards off the field, Great Tusk, which helps threaten Slowking-Galar, Toxapex, and checks physical attackers, Dragons themselves which also appreciate Primarina answering opposing Dragons whilst being Serperior switchins. also check out usage statistics for Primarina's partners to see who else is commonly used with it, as i feel this list is generally lacking in partners. it also feels as if you stress too much about type synergies, which while they are relevant, they don't define what makes a good partner.)

fleshing it out basically means expanding on the basic points you’ve made - the comments in the check will help you understand what needs adding if you open the hide tag

if you need help implementing this, you can use this method (point 3). this guide is mostly for gp checks but it can also help implementing longer qc checks too

[SET COMMENTS]
Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Volcarona Iron Valiant (Volcarona can set up in front of you sometimes). Assault Vest is effective against common special attackers like Choice Specs Walking Wake. (If you want to remark Assault Vest you could instead mention how it allows it to tank even super effective hits like Kyurem's Freeze Dry and Serperior's Leaf Storm. Consider this cause you already mentioned you can take on Walking Wake in the sentence before this one) Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel and Fire types that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dragon types that resist surf. For example, Primarina can hit Volcarona Cinderace with Surf while also being able to hit Dark types like Darkrai with moonblast. (You can explain Flip Turn here) Psychic Noise allows Primarina to block healing from other pokemon like Blissey, Clodsire and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it, and the heal block can allow Primarina to be able to chip or take these pokemon out for their teamates who have trouble breaking through these special walls. 80 HP EVs aso allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt, and threaten it with moonblast while 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, which allows it to have the threat of Flip Turn or chipping the Kingambit. (Mention the 176 Speed EVs first. The 80 HP EVs do allow you to tank Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt, but thats mostly a dump and Speed is the primary benefit of this spread) Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, poison and grass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. (Try to work in examples of specific moves. Like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide and Iron Moth's Sludge Wave. Also mention Kyurem's Freeze Dry) However be aware that Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Volcarona Fire- and Fighting-types like Cinderace and Great Tusk, but at the benefit of having better matchups against other threats like Raging Bolt and Slowking-Galar.

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offence teams that appreciates a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. One such teammate is Landorus-Therian whose ability, Intimidate, allows it to check the physical attackers that Primarina could struggle against like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. (See note in the Great Tusk part) Another prominent teammate may be Cinderace, which aside from resisting grass type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to swich in more often. (Not a very common partner) Furthermore, Great Tusk is another great teammate as it can be used for hazard removal or checking Slowking-Galar who tends to be able to threaten Primarina. (You could put together both Landorus-T and Great Tusk. Something like "Landorus-T and Great Tusk can check the physical attackers that Primarina could struggle against such as Rillaboom and Kingambit, as well as Galarian Slowking that greatly annoys Primarina. Furthermore, Great Tusk's access to Rapid Spin allows Primarina to swich in more often.". Tried to use what you wrote and put it together, but feel free to word it however you want to) There are many more Pokemon that could appreciate support from Primarina like Kingambit who tends to struggle against the fighting types that Primarina can hit Super Effectively with STAB Moonblast or other dragon types who appreciate Primarina's capability to answer opposing dragon types. (Here you just mention Kingambit and Roaring Moon straight up instead of "many more Pokemon". Please note that both of them also threaten Galarian Slowking) When using Primarina, it is essential to make sure to have answers for checks like Slowking-Galar or Rillaboom who are able to hit Primarina for Super Effective damage, and Primarina can be especially weak to hazards on switching in. Raging Bolt can also pose a threat as a Protosynthesis special attack boosted Thunderbolt can OHKO Primarina after Stealth Rock damage. (Remember to share partners that can do this. You already went over Galarian Slowking checks but have yet to mention checks to Grass-types like Rillaboom, Ogerpon-W, Serperior, and Meowscarada, as well as Raging Bolt like you mentioned. You could include Dragapult and Volcarona as teammates that check these Pokemon.

Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. Assault Vest is effective against common special attackers like Choice Specs Walking Wake. (Removing this is fine) Assualt Vest also allows Primarina to be able to hit tank strong Super Effective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm, or Kyurem's Freeze Dry. Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel and Fire types that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dragon types that resist surf. For example, Primarina can hit Fire-types like Cinderace and Heatran with Surf while also being able to hit Dark types like Darkrai and Hisuian Samurott with Moonblast. Furtheremore, Flip Turn allows a teamate to safely switch in after the opposing Pokemon has attacked, and threatens chip on some notable targets like Kingambit. (Mention how it lets Primarina pivot out on predicted switch-ins from Pokemon like Galarian Slowking and Blissey) Psychic Noise allows Primarina to block healing from other pokemon like Blissey, Clodsire and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it, and the heal block can allow Primarina to be able to chip or take these pokemon out for their teamates who have trouble breaking through these special walls. 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, which allows it to have the threat of Flip Turn or chipping the Kingambit while 80 HP EVs aso allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt, and threaten it with moonblast. Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, poison and grass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide and Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, as well as Kyurem's Freeze Dry. However be aware that Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire and Fighting types like Great Tusk and Cinderace, but at the benefit of having better matchups against other threats like Raging Bolt and Slowking-Galar. (Here you can explain Tera Grass. The idea is that it also resists Grass-type moves just like Tera Steel, but it also grants you with a resistance to Electric-type moves like Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt)

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offence teams that appreciates a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. Some such teammates are Landorus-Therian whose ability, Intimidate, allows it to check the physical attackers that Primarina could struggle against like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. Furthermore, Great Tusk is another great teammate as it can be used for hazard removal or and checking Slowking-Galar who tends to be able to threaten Primarina. Another prominent teammate may be Cinderace, which aside from resisting grass type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to swich in more often. (Lets move this part below to the part where you mention Grass-types) Pokemon like Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciates support from Primarina who can can hit Super Effectively hit Fighting Types Pokemon like Great Tusk, Iron Valiant, and Zamazenta with STAB Moonblast, and they also help check Slowking-Galar for Primarina. Other dragon types also appreciate Primarina's capability to answer opposing dragon types. (This is fine to remove) When using Primarina, it is essential to make sure to have answers for checks like Slowking-Galar or Grass-types like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, Seperior, and (You already mentioned Slowking a fair bit, no need to mention it more) Rillaboom who are able to hit Primarina for Super Effective damage, for example, Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Dragapult. Cinderace is another Pokemon, which aside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to swich in more often. Primarina can be especially weak to hazards on switching in therefore reliable hazard removal like Court Change Cinderace and Rapid Spin Great Tusk help greatly increase the amount of times that Assualt Vest Primarina can switch into attacks. Raging Bolt can also OHKO with a Protosynthesis special attack boosted after Stealth Rock damage which is a vital matchup that Primarina wants to win. (Removing this part cause you already mentioned this before, so no need to repeat it)

[SET COMMENTS]
Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. (I believe these ideas would be better incorporated in the next sentence.) Assault Vest allows Primarina to be able to tank strong Ssuper Eeffective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm, or Kyurem's Freeze Dry. Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel-(AH) and Fire-types(AH) that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dDragon types that resist sSurf. For example, Primarina can hit Cinderace with Surf while also being able to hit Dark-types(AH) like Darkrai with Moonblast. Flip Turn allows a teammate to safely switch in after the opposing Pokemon has attacked, and threatens chip on some notable targets like Kingambit. Psychic Noise allows Primarina to blocks healing from other pokemon special walls like Blissey, Clodsire and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it, and the heal block can allow Primarina to be able to chip or take these pokemon out for their teamates who have trouble breaking through these special walls these Pokemon for itself and its partners. (Simplified the sentence to convey the idea a bit more clearly.) 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, while 80 HP EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt. Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, pPoison and gGrass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, as well as and Kyurem's Freeze Dry. (Good info. Another EV spread that could be worth mentioning is 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpA. This allows Primarina to survive CB Gouging Fire's Tera Fire Raging Fury in Sun.) However be aware that Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire-(AH) and Fighting-types(AH) like Great Tusk and Cinderace, but at the benefit of having better matchups against other threats like Raging Bolt and Slowking-Galar. (Unnecessary, you already elaborated the matchups Tera Steel helps against in an earlier sentence. Mentioning Galarian Slowking there is preferable, as the main match-up that Tera Steel helps against.)

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offencse teams that appreciates a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. Some such teammates are Landorus-Therian whose ability, Intimidate, allows it to check the physical attackers that Primarina could struggle against like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. Furthermore, Great Tusk is another great teammate as it can be used for hazard removal and checking Slowking-Galar who tends to be able to threaten Primarina. (Add a sentence elaborating on the matchups that Primarina helps Landorus-T and Great Tusk in. Both Pokemon appreciate Primarina's ability to handle Walking Wake and Darkrai.) Pokemon like Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciates support from Primarina who can can hit Super Effectively hit Pokemon like Great Tusk, Iron Valiant, and Zamazenta with STAB Moonblast, and they also help check Slowking-Galar. (This sentence contains a bit too much information. I'd split it into two sentences; one talking about the way Kingambit and Roaring Moon benefit from Primarina's support, and another talking about how Primarina appreciate's their ability to check Slowking-Galar. Also Primarina does not check Great Tusk, Headlong Rush is doing over 80% on average. I'd avoid mentioning it. ) When using Primarina, it is essential to make sure to have answers for checks like Grass-types like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, Serperior, or and Rillaboom who are able to hit Primarina for Super Effective damage, for example, Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, Dragapult. (Dex info should be removed. I would also reword the highlighted portion or split it off into its own sentence to make the idea more clear. ) Cinderace is another Pokemon, which aside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to swich in more often. (Mention that Dragapult and Cinderace form potent pivoting cores with Primarina & can spread burn to improve its match-ups against physical attackers like Great Tusk. Additionally, mention Gholdengo as a partner, as it appreciates Primarina's help in dealing with Fire-types like Cinderace and Volcarona, as well as Walking Wake.)
Good Job, QC 2/2 when implemented.

Wow, this is really cool! I'm also writing my first draft! I'm no mod, but here are a few suggestions I would make -
Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. Assault Vest allows Primarina to be able to tank strong Super Effective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm, or Kyurem's Freeze Dry. Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel and Fire types that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dragon types that resist surf. For example, Primarina can hit Cinderace Heatran with Surf [I would maybe use another fire type as an example such as Heatran, Ceruledge, or Blaziken, as Cinderace can change its type with Libero] while also being able to hit Dark types like Darkrai with Moonblast. Flip Turn allows a teamate to safely switch in after the opposing Pokemon has attacked, and threatens chip on some notable targets like Kingambit. Psychic Noise allows Primarina to block healing from other pokemon like Blissey, Clodsire and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it, and the heal block can allow Primarina to be able to chip or take these pokemon out for their teamates who have trouble breaking through these special walls. 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, while 80 HP EVs aso allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt. Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, poison and grass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, as well as and Kyurem's Freeze Dry. However be aware that Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire and Fighting types like Great Tusk and Cinderace, but at has [Has just seems like a better word choice here] the benefit of having better matchups against other threats like Raging Bolt and Slowking-Galar.

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offence teams that appreciates appreciate [Grammatical fix there] a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. Furthermore, Great Tusk is another great teammate as it can be used for hazard removal and checking Slowking-Galar, [Add comma] who tends to be able to threaten Primarina. Pokemon like Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciates appreciate [Grammatical fix there again] support from Primarina who can can hit Super Effectively hit can hit Pokemon like Great Tusk, Iron Valiant, and Zamazenta with for super effective damage with STAB Moonblast, and they also help check Slowking-Galar. Cinderace is another Pokemon, which aside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, and knows U-Turn as well, allowing Primarina to swich in more often, while maintaining momentum.

vAdeRaven can you implemented Magcargo's check please?

I'd also recommend you use this method (video in point 3) to implement - it's mostly for GP checks, but you can also implement QC checks in this way without missing any information. This will especially help with some of the grammar edits Magcargo made, which are really important to proofread for before sending this for a GP check.

Some parts of the original checks have been missed, and it's important to make sure all relevant information is included. If you're ever unsure on how to implement something, ask us instead of leaving it out. These points were missed from Setsu's checks, so if you can add these in as well that would be great.

Primarina @ Assault Vest

EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
Tera Type: Steel / Grass (Also adding Tera Grass to the set)
Flip Turn allows a teamate to safely switch in after the opposing Pokemon has attacked, and threatens chip on some notable targets like Kingambit. (Mention how it lets Primarina pivot out on predicted switch-ins from Pokemon like Galarian Slowking and Blissey)
This one is especially important because Primarina doesn't chip bulky Kingambit much at all 0- Atk Primarina Flip Turn vs. 212 HP / 0 Def Kingambit: 40-48 (10.1 - 12.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever

autumn Magcargo QC Check implemented, I missed out on the tera grass addition because I don't personally have experience with it and I don't know what it matches up into particularly so I would love an explanation.

Mostly for Ogerpon-W + Raging Bolt in a pinch too.

When you’ve added that, you can move this to GP. Make sure to proofread everything first. I’d also note it’s Galarian Slowking, not Slowking-Galar for GP purposes.

Tera Type: Steel/Grass Steel / Grass
Modest Nature

[SET COMMENTS]
Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier. Assault Vest allows Primarina to be able to tank strong Super Effective super effective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm (RC) or and Kyurem's Freeze Dry Freeze-Dry, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel- and Fire-types such as Gholdengo and Cinderace that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits Dragon types Dragon-types such as Dragapult that resist Surf. For example, Primarina can hit Cinderace with Surf while also being able to hit Dark-types like Darkrai with Moonblast. (condensed sentences by putting the examples into the main point and not an additional sentence - i used pult over darkrai bc darkrai doesn't actully resist surf) Flip Turn allows Primarina to slow pivot a teammate in after a foe has attacked, and it can also be used on predicted switches to gain momentum a teammate to safely switch in after the opposing Pokemon has attacked, and can be used on predicted switch-ins in order to safely pivot out to a teamate. (reworked the second part of this becayse sing it on predicted switches is more for momentum than for safe pivoting - safe pivoting is when prim uses a slow flip turn after the opposing pokemon attacks so the teammate comes in and takes no damage) Psychic Noise blocks healing from special walls like Blissey, Clodsire, (AC) and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down these Pokemon for itself and its partners. 176 Speed IVs EVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, while 80 HP EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live survive a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Attack-boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt. Another An alternative EV spread of that could be worth mentioning is 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpA. This SpA allows Primarina to survive CB Choice Band Gouging Fire's Tera Fire Raging Fury in Sun sun. Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its turns two of Primarina's major weaknesses, Poison and Grass, into an immunity and a resistance, (AC) respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, and Kyurem's Freeze Dry. However, (AC) be aware that Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire- and Fighting-types like Great Tusk and Cinderace and Great Tusk. Tera Grass aids its Primarina's matchup into Ogerpon-Wellspring Ogerpon-W and can help it against Raging Bolt in a pinch too; (semicolon) however, do note that Tera Grass still leaves it vulnerable to Galarian Slowking.

Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offense teams that appreciates appreciate a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side to special attackers. Landorus-T provides Intimidate and checks Some such teammates are Landorus-Therian whose ability, Intimidate, allows it to check the physical attackers that Primarina could struggle against struggles with like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. Great Tusk is another great teammate, (AC) as it can be used for hazard removal and checking Galarian Slowking who provides entry hazard removal and checks Galarian Slowking, which tends to be able to threaten Primarina. In return, Primarina can help provide a safe switch-in for Great Tusk and Landorus-T primarily due to its ability to handle threats like Darkrai and Walking Wake. (I think this is what you mean here? saying safe switch in is confusing here because it's more about checking tehse things rather than bringing lando/tusk in) Pokemon like Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciates appreciate support from Primarina who can can hit Super Effectively hit Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Zamazenta super effectively with STAB Moonblast. Furthermore, both of these Pokemon help check Galarian Slowking for Primarina, along with resisting Grass- Type Grass-type attacks. Another teamate may be Gholdengo who appreciates Primarina's help when dealing with Fire-type Pokemon like Cinderace and Volcarona, along with Walking Wake. Gholdengo appreciates Primarina's ability to check Fire-types like Incerace and Volcarona, as well as Walking Wake. (this should talk about how ghold hels prim, not just how prim helps ghold) When using Primarina, it is essential to make sure to have answers for checks like Grass-types like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, Serperior, and Rillaboom. Examples of such checks can include Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, Dragapult. Primarina struggles with Grass-type checks like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, and Rillaboom, so it's essential to have checks to these such as Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Dragapult. (condensed these two sentences into one + cut down examples for readability) Cinderace is another Pokemon, which aside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to swich switch in more often. Dragapult and Cinderace can form a great pivoting core with Primarina, along with spreading Burn burn in order to help improve Primarina's matchup against physical attackers like Great Tusk.
