By their descriptions, this combo seems entirely feasible, calculated in a similar way to Metal Burst+Revenge. Endeavor+Payback-Cooldown-Seed Bomb
If A1 would be deemed illegal, change orders to Endeavor-Explosion-Seed Bomb.

A few tremors later, the Dugtrio is down. Why anyone bothers to use anything not earth-related is beyond me – unless you're breaking an Endure to get a KO with Earthquake, of course.
