Unbeknownst to many, Box still harbours a dream for the Water Gym. And somehow, he had acquired some thousand gallons of special water - that allows you to breathe when down under! Nobody understood how it works, but hey, as long as you can still draw breath, let's leave the thinking to the Poke-Scientists! For exhibition matches, Box has generously lent a large tank containing 1k gallon of the (slightly diluted) special water just for you! Unfortunately even a thousand gallons is barely enough for two adult bath tubs, so only littlemons are allowed to battle here - and trainers are only allowed to give commands from outside the glass tank. Don't worry, they'd still be able to hear you.
Now as to what else is in the tank, the answer is: None! No kelps, no seaweeds, no sand, no pebbles, no rocks, no ice, nothing! "But why?" you cry. This is a new tank, Box barely had the time to commission it, let alone indulge in fancy interior decor! Still the water itself is especially invigorating to Water-type Pokemons (duh), improving their mobility and their attacks, so much so that they may even gain energy from using their Water-type STABs! However, water is still water, and electricity will still be conducted rather easily in the tank.
Box is working on that part, but in the meantime, have fun battling!
Summary:
- 5 feet wide, 10 feet long, 3 feet deep indestructible glass tank with 1k gallon of water.
- Underwater battle with no obstructions except for size (Size Class 1 ONLY).
- Water-type mons get +1 energy bonus for every attack they use (not including Commands and actions spent paralysed/asleep/statused).
- Water-type attacks have STAB bonus on EN-cost. Note: This bonus stacks with the effect above and Water-type mons' own STAB, so Water Gun used by a Water-type costs 0 energy.
- All Electric-type attacks deal spread damage a-la-Discharge.
