Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
"This should be reasonable." Bullet Punch > Bullet Punch > Bullet Punch
[ONCE] IF [Sableye uses Endure] THEN [Use Sandstorm that action].
IF [Sableye is under the effects of Endure] AND [Sableye is to use Pain Split] AND [Sableye did not use Pain Split last action] AND [Sableye is not to use Pain Split next action] THEN [Use Protect that action].
IF [Sableye is under the effects of a successful P/E move] THEN [Use Light Screen the first instance, Chill the second instance].
Wait, I did not use Flinch out this send out yet.
Fake Out+Pain Split-Cooldown(Feint)-Feint
IF Fake Out + Pain split is deemed unfeasible, THEN start action String Fake Out-Sucker Punch+Sucker Punch- Cooldown.
Good work noticing that Fake Out still had a flinch left, that was a good move. I don't think there's a ref in ASB that'd allow Fake Out + Pain Split though. I really hope there's not. If you're unsure, you can always ask the ref or ask on #capasb.
Make sure you check the descriptions of moves and abilities. For instance, Metagross's Light Metal allows its Bullet Punch to get to +2 priority, the same as Sableye's combination (but with Metagross's higher speed). Sucker Punch + Sucker Punch would be a good move aside from this ability.
Don't feel you need to shy away from using a move just because there are subs for it. In particular, you could still Endure here, and follow up with a healing move to survive, Pain Split > Pain Split to faint but deal 24 more damage, or Rain Dance / Sunny Day to remove the residual damage and survive. As they say, "If you see a good move, look for a better one".
Ok. Now, I did not knock out one mon, which sucks.

TRACE LIGHT METAL Mega Evolve Icy Wind-Shadow Ball-Shadow Ball
IF a damaging steel-type combo, THEN Protect only once and push actions.
IF a successful P/E, THEN Wish first instance, Substitute 15 second instance, pushing actions back each time.
Icy Wind lets me outspeed Gross for 1 round, and I can use this to my advantage by using a status move, or just attacking with same priority.
Tracing Light Metal's a good idea, Light Metal's easily the most useful for Gardevoir here and does help you.
I like your first sub in particular, subbing for super effective combinations is good. Your second's fine, but probably not the best if you're being outdamaged and there are other things to sub against. Given your lack of a third sub, I assume you didn't have other things you wanted to sub for?
I don't think Icy Wind's necessary here, you're not really doing much with the speed drop this round Metagross has Clear Body and negates the speed drop, and it kind of lets Metagross get in another super effective move.
Damage racing Metagross in this situation probably isn't the best move in itself, but I guess there's not that much of a choice anyway. You could do some tricks with Reflect or Pain Split to minimise your losses, or even sub for Damaging Steel-type moves rather than combinations (using Protect) to give you the second order with a sizeable amount of HP left.

IF [Gardevoir uses Encore] AND [Gardevoir is under the effects of Endure] THEN [Use Dodge that action].
IF [Gardevoir is under the effects of Endure] AND [Gardevoir is not poisoned] AND [Gardevoir is not under the effects of Rest] THEN [Use Toxic that action].
IF [Gardevoir is under the effects of a successful P/E move] THEN [Use Sandstorm the first instance, Hone Claws the second instance] AND [Push actions back].
Good job seeing that Endure's basically your only choice, even if there is a sub for it.
Make sure you check abilities again. Your comment suggests that you didn't notice Metagross's Clear Body, even after the revised comments last round. Even if so, if it was at -1 Spe, the reffing should have said something and you'd need to tell the ref and the first orderer to reorder before posting your orders.
There wasn't really that much you could do here admittedly, but it seems like you didn't realise that Bullet Punch and Toxic would KO you before A3. You need to do your calculations every round to make sure your plans do work. It would have been a fine idea if you did survive to A3 to Rest. For reference, you could have used Rest A2 to get rid of poison and survive to hit A3 and survive for next round.
Action One
Gardevoir: Endure (-15EN ~ 15)
Gardevoir is enduring.
Overall, you did well in this battle. Even when they didn't work too well, I can see your plans clearly, and they'll become more effective with a little bit more experience and knowledge of how some of the mechanics work. Your switching was always sensible, even if it lacked a little bit of match-up control at times. I think the main thing that didn't go right for you this battle was the match-ups however, so make sure you know which ones you do and don't want and try to manoeuvre the battle a bit more to get these. Otherwise, some of your plans were thwarted by some intricacies of ASB that are different from in-game, such as Iron Defense healing burns and Stall not being automatic. I'm also impressed at how well you know the Pokemon you used; not only did you not use any illegal moves at all, you clearly knew the tricks your Pokemon had, from Sableye's Metal Burst to Silvally's Soothe Bell.
If there's anything I'd suggest you improve, it's making sure you examine each round more thoroughly to ensure your plans work. From what I can tell, your orders can be quite rushed. Whilst I'm happy you're a prompt battler, I don't think you need to be so fast that it has a detrimental impact upon your orders. If you do a few calculations to maximise your damage output and make sure your plans work, it'll go a long way in the end. It should also help you notice some of the important aspects of the battles and Pokemon, such as their abilities. Take your time a little more, and you'll be a very impressive battler.
PM me when you're ready to begin the 3rd and final battle of your Battling 101!
Also, I researched Sableye and Gardevoir specifically because they're a part of my team, and I saw Silvally in the G7T so I pretty much get how its supposed to be used.
