I have very little time for flavour but an extremely lucky crit from Tempest has seen him able to knock out Doug with one heck of a Draco Meteor while extending his own life as long as possible thanks to Endure and a little Roosting. But Charizard still has a lot to stare down.

This match really didn't go as planned. If I hadn't fucked up with Snorlax this match would have gone differently but as it is... Ah well, what can you do.

]Texas Cloverleaf finds himself in an unusual situation. Obviously Zoan was always going to get a Mega Stone but he's a unique kind of powerhouse in having the option between two. Texas opts for the Y variety to stay immune to that horrible Ground STAB. Unfortunately this means Charizard also maintains his horrible four times weakness to Rock. In hindsight maybe not the best move. Pwnemon shows categorically that Rock Slide is not Stone Edge and basically wrecks Zoan with a pile of rocks. Charizard is able to show off a little bit of his power in this nice Sunny weather with hard hitting Solarbeams and Heat Waves but he then spends the end of the round demonstrating that it is kind of hard to Counter when you're dead. The end result is there as Zoan picks up a cheap KO while Sid uses up all of his remaining energy (maybe that Bide was good for something?) but good old Rodney sitting totally unscathed on the bench sews up a pretty emphatic victory for Pwnemon.

For the record zard y was the best choice if I wanted any chance of taking on gallade

gg pwnemon, it was always going to be a tough match given the matchup and my misplay with Snorlax removed any real chance at victory I had
