sure. I can easily breed adamant gale wings fletchling, quiet 0 speed gooey goomy (in a heal ball), modest skrelp, adamant inkay, timid magician fennekin (with heat wave as egg move) and brave/adamant chespin.

What about a 5IV Shiny Charmander Y Timid Blaze 31/x/31/31/31/31 Dragon Rush, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse or Shiny Axew Adamant Rivalry 31/31/31/x/31/31? Honestly I'm tracking this down for someone else, doing a little bounty hunter work persay. I'd throw another non-shiny 5IV from my thread with either of these two.
