Budew

(apologies for this taking a bit, committed to writing this and a bunch of stuff has come up irl)

[OVERVIEW]

*Only Pokémon in the metagame with access to Natural Cure and Spikes, allowing it to absorb status.

*Rapid Spin users such as Shellder, Staryu, and Drilbur cannot switch in on Giga Drain and are threatened by 2hkos.

*Very little offensive presence when unable to hit for supereffective damage, making it fodder for a number of powerful setup sweepers, such as Timburr.

*Vulnerable to many very common threats, which can make setting up very difficult.

*Struggles to set up Spikes against teams that apply constant offensive pressure.

Moves
========
*Spikes is required, as this is the main thing Budew has going for it.
*Synthesis is a consistent form of recovery, as it does not effectively disable Budew until it switches.
*Rest takes advantage of Budew's ability at the cost of forcing a switch.
*Giga Drain allows Budew to immediately threaten most users of Rapid Spin, as well as increasing its longevity.
*Sludge Bomb is a powerful secondary STAB that can poison.
*Hidden Power Fighting prevents Pawniard from using Budew as an opportunity to set up, while Sleep Powder can create free turns to set up layers of Spikes.

Set Details
========

*The given EVs gives Budew the most efficient bulk with Eviolite.
*If running Hidden Power Fighting, the EVs should be changed to accomodate the IV drops to 36 HP / 240 Def / 200 SpD
*Natural Cure is the main reason to use Budew over other bulky Grass-types or hazard setters.
