Well. Not a lot of things went badly for the challenger, but one critical roll that went the wrong way has him staring in the face of a huge deficit now. Not to mention that the examiner managed to play around most of Galvantula's selling points--namely its superior speed and its type advantage--through the clever use of speed control+Roost. Arachna's very low defenses, and its relative lack of power without a boosting item, didn't do it any favors either. The stage seems set for the examiner to finally put a bow on this one next round.
