Scrafty is immune to thunder wave.
Probably used a Prankster Thunder Wave which Dark-types such as Scrafty are immune to. To quote it from PS...
  • This Pokemon's Status moves have priority raised by 1, but Dark types are immune.
This is a new Gen 7 mechanic. I suggest searching up the rest of the new mechanics of Gen 7 before you continue battling as it may catch you if you're unprepared such as this one did.

I was playing a gen7 bank ou game, challenged in a normal way. I was using clefable, and my opposite was using volcarona. When I clicked to switch the pokemon into starmie, it auto-selected me an attack (in that case Stealth Rock), and then, second turn, it happened the same but with the second attack in the row (calm mind). After those turns, I could switch normally without problems. I'm using a macBookPro with a 2,7 GHz Intel Core i5 processer. Is it a computer problem, or a bug, or something? Thank you so much.

Don't really feel like it's a bug... More an oversight.

Lots of things in Gen 7 that should be bank-only for the moment. Two examples from my teambuilding experience
1: Stealth Rocks on Skarmory
2: Rapid Spin on Tentacruel

They're legal egg moves but without bank there's no parents to offer them. Skarmory's only parent who can learn Stealth Rocks is Skarmory, and it can't get it out of thin air, and Tentacruel can only get it from Shellder, Squirtle or Kabuto, only one of which is available, and who also has to get it from Squirtle or Kabuto, who are not currently available.

Understandably it's a HUGE project to go through and find what egg moves on each of the 300~ Pokemon aren't available, hell it seems there's still work going into fixing the availability of some of the hidden abilities like Sheer Force Feraligatr. However, some of them have HUGE potential effects on the current meta, when many of the classic Pokemon can't access some of their classic roles.

EDIT: Slightly ironically, this seems to be effort even Game Freak didn't bother to go through, since you can use Stealth Rock Skarmory in Battle Spot if you hack it in.

I was playing with a friend and when Weavile used Knock Off it was able to kill my Mega Metagross at full when the damage should've been this: 252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Metagross-Mega: 187-221 (62.1 - 73.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
I think Knock Off sees the Mega Stone as an item(something it shouldn't do) since the damage with 97.5 bp is this one: 252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Metagross-Mega: 276-328 (91.6 - 108.9%) -- 50% chance to OHKO

I was trying to play on doubles today but showdown doesn't register the use of Eevee using Extreme Evoboost.
And before anyone asks, YES it knows Last Resort, and YES it's holding the Eevium-Z. YES I'm telling it to specifically use that move.

From what I heard it works in singles. I know because everyone I asked in the lobby was being stupid telling me that I'm just trolling around...

Hello. Two issues (although the first one seems to have been fixed due to swapping the format from 1v1 > OU > back to 1v1)

1. My 1v1 team-registering system is broken:
  1. It usually doesn't show my 1v1 team when I select the 1v1 format, instead telling me that I have no 1v1 teams. This isn't just a UI error, as when I click 'Battle!', it refuses and tells me to make a 1v1 team.
  2. When I go to my 1v1 team and validate it, it has about a 60/40 chance of not showing/showing, respectively.

This has been happening on and off for about a week now, and has increased dramatically in severity since I put a Guzzlord on the team, which leads to my next issue.

2. Guzzlord has a few glitches with what is and isn't available (screenshots for each point):
  1. Guzzlord does not show up on the search for Pokémon to fill a team slot. I have to put its name in to find it (this probably means it's in a higher tier - see next point).
  2. When this happens, it shows up as 'banned', but is capable of being put into the slot, which banned/illegal Pokémon normally are. After all this, the team is still valid with it included and I have used it in battle since.
  3. There are no moves available to it. If I go onto the moves list, none show up. At all. This, it turns out, is because all moves are illegal on it, and can only be found via searching. While a Pokémon with no legal moves is rather strange, that's not the whole issue.
  4. Some moves are still learnable. Others aren't. I don't know the full extent to which this glitch covers both kinds of moves, but so far the ones that I've tried that are available are learnable (according to Bulbapedia) and the ones that aren't available, aren't learnable.
  5. A combination of all of the above Guzzlord-related glitches follows with the Item slot. Some items are holdable; some aren't. Not all show up on search. Some 'illegal' items are still holdable (like its current one, Darkinium-Z).
http://pasteboard.co/5idxeCmJV.png <-- Screenshot of point 1 - requiring search to put in slot, flagged under Banned.
http://pasteboard.co/5ifxxXgEl.png <-- First screenshot of point 2 - team is valid. Note the moves & item held on the Guzzlord.
http://pasteboard.co/5ipmgpNjp.png <-- Second screenshot of point 2 - team pre-battle.
http://pasteboard.co/5isvyBC01.png <-- Third screenshot of point 2 - the Guzzlord in battle.
http://pasteboard.co/5ijUPcXDt.png <-- First screenshot of point 3 - no available moves.
http://pasteboard.co/5ioaiXfGW.png <-- Second screenshot of point 3 - all moves illegal.
http://pasteboard.co/5ihk5BdOM.png <-- First screenshot of point 5 - showing where Darkinium-Z would be alphabetically were it not 'illegal'
http://pasteboard.co/5ij07n6mr.png <-- Second screenshot of point 5 - showing Darkinium-Z as 'illegal'.
Due to all of the moves and items following the game limitations (as far as I know), I have put this all down to a UI error.

Now if someone could help me with either of these, even a bit, that'd be amazing. I haven't been able to solve either at all.
Cheers!

Found a pretty major bug that won't even let me play...

So if I try using Extreme Evoboost on Eevee, and Follow Me on Clefairy on turn one in Gen7 VGC 2017 format, I won't move. I select my moves, and then nothing happens. People are even able to turn on the battle timer on me and win matches because I was "inactive," despite that I have in fact selected my moves. I can still use the chat, turn on the battle timer, and I can play if I use any other pokemon or move, but in this very specific circumstance, it won't let me move. Please fix this.

It is not the specific combo, but the move extreme evoboost alone. It treats the Z move as last resort and asks you to choose a target. When you reluctantly choose a target it treats it as if you havent made a move, so the timer doesn't stop its count down

In gen 7 pre-bank and post-bank, Custap Berry should not currently be available. There has yet to be an event giving it out, and even post-bank, items will not be able to be transferred forward. Unless something changes, which would be cool.

In current BH, there is a strategy that involves the use of leppa berry - specifically, leppa berry+harvest combined with Z-Moves such as Genesis Supernova to continually refresh PP. As of right now, however, whenever two users enter battle with each other, it immediately ties the battles. Even leaving aside the fact that the battles clearly aren't endless, this is also an easily abusable feature - in effect, it makes a "tie" function vs which two good players can decide not to lose ELO fighting against each other, while not being disadvantaged against ladder.

I'm not sure what the proper solution would be, as obviously we don't want endless battles, but the current situation isn't that good either. Some kind of time limit on the clause would work, as would restricting the EBC from triggering on Z-Moves, or similar.
