Stormfront, if you give me some time, I can possibly breed you a hex-flawless BP Jolly Scyther. I have a few questions about it though. Does ability matter? Obviously Technician is the superior choice but if you're using it only for breeding purposes then it doesn't really matter. Also, can it be from 5th gen? I can't do 4th gen RNG abuse so it'd have to be in 5th gen.
If it's cool with you, could I get 3 female dreamworld Pokemon? IVs and Natures don't matter, only that they're female and have their DW ability. The main ones I'm looking for is Poliwag, Murkrow, and Vulpix. If one of them is hard to get, replace it with Nidoran.
Also I have some RNG'd abuse Pokemon already in my thread. CMT, I'll update it in my signature.
