I don't really know what to say. It's the most standard team i have seen, if anything try out other latios sets, just maybe a different movepool. As in the choice specs one, or maybe bluff that with an expert belt.

    Hey there. Cool team.

1st off, change Rotom-W's ev spread to the standard 112 HP / 252 SpA / 144 Spe spread with a Modest Nature. Gliscor already defeats most physical attackers, and Landorus can still be beaten due to Rotom-W's natural bulk. This spread allows you to hit much harder, and outspeed more threats. Also, run Volt Switch over Thunderbolt. The drop in power is easily made up for by the switch initiative you gain; not to mention, Rotom-W with Volt Switch + Scizor with U-Turn is a very offensive combination, as not many pokemon can defeat Rotom-W and Scizor combined.

Due to the lack of a rapid spinner, run Taunt over Protect on Gliscor. Not only will this stop pokemon such as Forretress from getting free hazards on you, but it will stop Skarmory from phazing you away; Taunt also allows Gliscor to be a menace against stall teams, and can devastate much easier late game.

Run Adamant over Jolly on Excadrill, as the prevalence of Air Balloon will make outspeeding Adamant versions not as useful; Adamant allows your power to increase even more. Also, run Frustration over X-Scissor. X-Scissor is really only useful for Celebi, and +2 LO Frustration still does mass damage to it. Latios defeats Celebi pretty handily regardless. Frustration allows you to do much more damage to Gliscor, and allows you to OHKO standard Rotom-W after a Swords Dance; Frustration also makes Excadrill much more of a threat in general.

Now Rotom-W is a big problem for this team. With Volt Switch combined with Hydro Pump, nothing on your team can take repeated hits; with Sandstorm, entry hazard, and battle damage, Latios will be worn down very quickly. For this reason, run Recover over Psyshock. This will give you a solid counter to Rotom-W; Bliss is not that big of a problem for your team regardless.

Replace Ice Beam on Tyranitar with Pursuit. Pursuit will let you kill off Latios immediately (Scizor takes major damage from it's hits), and will also let you finish off other weakened threats. Ice Beam is extremely predictable now, and after prior damage, Gliscor can easily take you out. Rock Slide is another option in that slot, as it will give you a Volcarona counter, which could be very beneficial, seeing as you'd have to play around it in hopes of killing it with Excadrill.

    Overall, solid team. Good luck.

Hey, this is a really solid team so I only have a few suggestions for you. It seems like this team is set up for an Excadrill sweep later in the game; however you will have trouble in easily removing Excadrill's most common counters such as Skarmory and Gliscor. If you could have some way to lure in Jirachi's counters and weaken them for later on in the match, it would be much easier to pull off Excadrill sweeps. Mixed Jirachi does this job perfectly as with the popularity of the specially defensive variant, most players are switching in Skarmory and Gliscor into Jirachi. With a bit of prior damage, you can easily ko Gliscor with hidden power ice and you will be able to paralyze Skarmory in order to take advantage of the flinch chance with Excadrill's rock slide combined with paralysis. Jirachi would work best over Scizor on this team currently. Tyranitar and even Jirachi will be able to switch into and check most of the threats that Scizor was able to win against on its own. Also, your team will be able to keep many of the same resistances which is always extremely useful. A set of thunder wave / fire punch / iron head / hidden power [ice], lonely, leftovers, and a spread of 108 HP / 148 Atk / 100 SpA / 56 SpDef / 96 Spe would work very well.

Excadrill should really be running rapid spin with an adamant nature and balloon at this point. Spikes if a very prevalent threat to this team as quite a few of your team members are effected by it and Skarmory gets a few places to set up a layer. I would simply test rapid spin over x-scissor. Although you lose coverage on Celebi, Virizion, and the lati twins, your team handles those perfectly fine so there is no need to worry about them stopping an Excadrill sweep. Tyrantiar should really run a set of stealth rock / crunch / rock slide / pursuit with maximum hp and special defense on this team. This will really help you check threats such as Volcarona, Thundurus, Lati@s, and other specially based threats very easily. Although you lose out on a way to hit Ferrothorn for damage, rapid spin Excadrill pretty much solves this problem in itself. I'd also test a spread of 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe on Rotom-W. Substitute + 3 attacks Landorus can be difficult to deal with as Latios is a pretty shaky way to stop it especially since Landorus is always paired up with Tyranitar. I'd also test volt switch over thunderbolt so that you can lure in threats such as Celebi and Latios to trap them with Tyranitar. Finally, I'd run taunt over protect as TheMasterofOz said so that you will have a way of breaking down more defensive teams really easily especially combined with Excadrill and Jirachi.

This is a really solid build that you have here. Good Luck.
