Can't connect to the website

I'm trying to get back into ShoddyBattle but the website doesn't work, it simply loads a blank page.

I've searched a bit in the forums and found only this as help :

The proper way to access the site is to go to http://shoddybattle.com and it works fine. If it doesn't work, it's a problem with your DNS settings.

I went to my Internet settings see if I could fix it (though I have no idea how DNS settings are suppose to work) and I have absolutely no idea what to do. Could someone help me find a easy solution for this?

Or better yet, could someone upload the latest Shoddy Battle version on RapidShare or something? It'd be greatly appreciated. (tried downloading other versions after a bit of googling but they don't appear to work)
