Not 100% certian of Fake Out or Encore. But they might be interesting at the very least, so let's see it. They can always be dropped in a revision process some time in the future. Between Sandstorm/Hail and 8 PP, Moonlight is no big deal. Re: Cresselia. Agreeing that Rock Polish should never have made it this far. And say no to Dual Screens. I see them as field effects, and should generally be avoided for CAP9.
