Threat
With this ev spread, Bronzong never gets 2hko'd by Alakazam's Shadow Ball without rocks on the field and has around 80% with rocks, while Tapu Lele, with this set, can only 4hko Bronzong. Bronzong in return can hit them really hard with Gyro Ball or get rocks up. Of course, it's wise to not send Bronzong mindlessly on them because of its lack of recovery, but it can check them well enough to deserve a spot as a threat to the core.
Teammate
While Tornadus-T don't break steels, which are the most troublesome pokemons for the core, it can help wear them down with Heat Wave and remove their items with Knock Off, making the core break them easier.
The AV set can be used to help against things like Gengar and Ash-Gren and others dangerous special attackers that may threaten the core, while the other set take a more offensive approach, helping the core to wear down steels types like Celesteela, Magearna and Magnezone. Taunt can be used over U-Turn/Knock Off to break through some pokemons like Mew that would be able to check them spamming Softboiled. Firium Z could be a option to get a surprise big hit and potentially killing them when they don't expect it.
