What I'm seeing here is a list of four substitutions that should read:
IF Dig THEN Dig
IF Dig+Dig THEN Dig+Dig
IF Fake Out action 1 THEN push back
IF Taunt action 1 THEN use Sludge Wave - Acid Spray - Sludge Wave

The orders are not illegal but only the first 2 subs can be counted and I will order thusly.

Imprison (Sand Attack, Dig) - Disable (Crunch) - Acid Spray

If Imprison would fail do to scraggy being underground, switch actions to the following:

Protect - Imprison (Sand Attack, Dig) - Acid Spray

If I misunderstood and I can't do subs this turn, I demand a reorder, not a count what I've done and do it anyway, a reorder.

Imprison is a self targeted move that prevent's opponents from performing certain moves that the user also knows. It doesn't target Scraggy so the fact he's underground makes no difference. However it would be up to Frosty to decide how it interacts with the move already being half way completed. There is nothing illegal about your orders and regardless illegal orders no longer trigger a reorder.

If you want clarification on a certain ruling, ask on IRC or VM me or something like that. "Demading an reorder" is only acceptable if we are talking about not-clear rulings, aka rulings that aren't on the DAT & Co. Also try not to "demand" reorders as much as ask for them. Demand is such a strong word ._. .
