[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

  • Draco and Flash Cannon are STABs
  • Trick Room is a form of speed control that can help dialga support its team

Set Details
========

  • 220 HP / 124 Def ensures that Dialga lives an Adamant Mega Kangaskhan's Low Kick and Adamant Primal Groudon's Precipice Blades without a Shuca Berry
  • 220 HP / 108 SpD allows Dialga to live 252 Modest Primal Groudon's Earth Power without a Shuca Berry
  • 4 Spe alongside a Quiet nature and 1 Spe IV is used so that Dialga outruns negative Speed nature 0 Speed Primals by 1 point
  • rest of the EVs dumped into Special Attack. Dialga hits stupid hard anyways so it doesn't need max SpA
  • Shuca Berry is usually the preferred item since it allows Dialga to take a super effective Ground hit while still having respectable HP left
  • Mental Herb is an option to stop Taunt/Encore
  • Sitrus Berry gives Dialga a somewhat reliable form of recovery

Usage Tips
========

Describe how to use the Pokemon in question.

Team Options
========

Describe some teammates that would be a good idea to pair with this Pokemon.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

  • Adamant Orb
  • Choice Specs / all-out attacker
  • Aura Sphere
  • Earth Power
  • Fire Blast / Overheat
  • Dragon Pulse but it's super weak compared to Draco Meteor so it isn't worth it

Checks and Counters
===================

**Insert Threat Here**: Describe why the Pokemon is a threat.

It doesn't make sense for the main EV spread to allow Dialga to survive Ground-type attacks without Shuca Berry, when the first item slash is Shuca Berry. I'd use something like 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpA to survive Adamant Mega Kangaskhan's Low Kick, and then mention alternative spreads for the other items in Set Details.

For Other Options, Gravity should definitely get a mention. Telepathy may also be useful if Dialga's teammates are using moves that target the entire field like Earthquake and Explosion. When mentioning Dragon Pulse, it's probably worth pointing out that two Draco Meteors deal more damage than two Dragon Pulses as it provides perspective on the power difference. For example, Draco Meteor always 2HKOs Primal Groudon whereas Dragon Pulse does not:
  • 156+ SpA Dialga Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Primal Groudon: 139-165 (67.1 - 79.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • -2 156+ SpA Dialga Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Primal Groudon: 70-84 (33.8 - 40.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
  • 156+ SpA Dialga Dragon Pulse vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Primal Groudon: 93-109 (44.9 - 52.6%) -- 22.3% chance to 2HKO

Yeah I had that spread just in case, but that makes sense, I'll move it. Telepathy is locked with Modest Dialga which is why I was hesitant to mention it but I can put it since i guess it works if you're using something like choiced Dialga. I'll mention the power difference once I write Dialga up.
