Overview
########
  • New Mega Evolution raises Diancie's viability from gimmick to very solid choice
  • Magic Bounce is fantastic
  • 110 Speed ties with Latios, outspeeds Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Palkia, Zekrom, unevolved Mega Salamence, and more
  • fair defensive typing lets it take on Yveltal, Ho-Oh, Rayquaza, Darkrai and others
  • access to various support options such as Heal Bell and Stealth Rock
  • on its Mega Evolution turn, its defenses go down and its Speed stays low
  • Has issues with certain Steel-types despite Earth Power
  • its solid bulk is let down somewhat by its low HP
  • it loses to a lot of Stealth Rock setters, meaning it cannot always reliably prevent hazards
  • Bullet Punch makes short work of it

I know you haven't finished, but omg this:

move 4: Protect / Heal Bell / Calm Mind / Rock Polish / Stealth Rock
Yea, we don't need that many slashes in there. Pick the 3 best ones and put the others in move options. Personally I'd leave Protect / Heal Bell / Calm Mind. The other two are kind of usable but lacking in a specific niche.

I'd probs mention HP Fire somewhere, having the chance to catch out some of your bigger checks (Ferrothorn, Mega Scizor) is huge.
