Alright, to start things off.
I have not used this team yet, just got it done. I want a team able to compete (atleast put up a good fight) in common OU battles. This is also intended as ingame aswell as shoddy team.

Edit: Played 10matches on smogon so far, no loss, even thought I got 1 win from a guy not responding :).

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic

- Flamethrower
Right now this guy is my lead, its pretty straight forward.
Set up SR, if things look bad, switch or explode.
The set pretty much speaks for itself.

Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)

Defensive/hazer. This guy is amazing, I recently switched Raindance for Ice Beam to support kabutops.

Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 80 HP/252 Atk/176 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Rock Slide
- Waterfall
- X-Scissor
My alltime favorite pokemon, if all goes acording to plan this guy will have Rain support and a SD behind him, making him a VERY potent sweaper. I do realize that Focus sash might be wasted since I have no spinner on this team, but then again, getting a SD up might be crucial in some situations.

Brand new, never tryed him. Set looks awsome IMO. His typing is great for switching in on EQ and stuff like that :), give pointers here please, how I can make him better support my team.

My old B/R/Y favorite is back. This guy is awsome, and can mostly take a hit.

Sorry, but your team description is pretty lackluster. For instance,

Is that all you can describe for Dusknoir? All of its purpose? Any reason to use it over another Pokemon?

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Also, you really would want to try out your team before posting. Though I do not major in OU as I used to, it appears as if your team will struggle against Dragons, who love hitting everyone . Considering the amount of Dragons (Kingdra, Salamence, Dragonite, Flygon, Latias) available in OU, you might want to reconsider creating your team again.
