ProtoLucario's team:

Riolu [Warrior] (M)
Nature: Hasty (+15% Speed, +11% Accuracy, -1 Def)
Type: Fighting
Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw.

Abilities:
Steadfast:
(Passive) If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases Speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This Speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.
Inner Focus: (Passive) When an opponent attempts to flinch this Pokemon, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.
Prankster [LOCKED]: (Passive) The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks a +1 increase in priority level.

Growlithe [Cinder] (M)
Nature: Lonely
Type: Fire
Fire STAB; immune to burn status. Brighten Command.

Abilities:
Intimidate:
(Trigger) When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage (and adjusting the natural stage) by one (1). If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.

Flash Fire: (Passive) This Pokemon thrives in high temperatures, and takes the energy of any opposing fire attack, nullifies the damage, and uses the additional power to boost its own fire attack's Base Attack Power by three (3).
Justified [LOCKED]: (Passive) This Pokemon's body reacts to dark energy, invigorating its passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, the Pokémon's Attack will increase one (1) stage (adjusting the natural stage).

Abilities:
Static:
(Passive) This Pokemon's body is surrounded by an electric field that has a 30% chance of paralyzing opponents that use contact moves on this Pokemon.
Lightningrod: (Passive) These Pokemon naturally attract electricity to themselves and away from partners in double battles. When struck with an Electric-type attack, they transfer the energy into their body, using it to increase their Special Attack (and adjust the natural stage) by one (1) stage, unless the user has a type immunity to Electric-type attacks. This Pokémon takes no damage from Electric-type attacks.
Minus [LOCKED]: (Passive) This Pokemon possesses a negative electrical charge. When a partner Pokemon with Plus or Minus is on the field or if this Pokemon has Plus, this Pokemon's special attacks have their Base Attack Power increased by three (3). If this Pokemon has both Plus and Minus, the boosts stack to a maximum Base Attack Power increase of six (6).

Ah, the ASB Arena. Despite being the venue for countless battles over the years, it looks spick and span right before every fight. Same regulation dirt floor, same sparkling-clear swimming pool off to the side... I wonder who's in charge of cleaning.

ProtoLucario sends out and equips
Un passant ordinaire sends out, equips, and orders
ProtoLucario orders

"Hello and I wish you good luck for this match ! Even if your team has a good match up against mine."

Note: "Damaging combination move" as an attack clause is illegal. For that matter, "damaging move" is also illegal. You have to get more specific than that -- you know, something like "damaging [type] combination" or "damaging priority attack." Consult the ASB Player's Handbook for a list of legal attack clauses.

As soon as Cinder is out of his Poke Ball he lets out a growl that sets Mesrine's feathers on end. How scary! Nervously, Mesrine opts for a hit-and-run strategy. He flies out of reach of the canine's claws, waits for an opening, then swoops down for a quick hit. In response, Cinder unleashes a thunderous roar, sending his flighty opponent scrambling away for safety.

Having sized up his opponent, Mesrine now decides to go all-in with a reckless aerial body-slam. Although the young Murkrow doesn't have a lot of mass to throw into the attack, he's lucky enough to catch Cinder's exposed flank and knock him off balance. Mesrine doesn't have any time to celebrate, though, since his attack puts him right in range for a vicious, wild electric tackle! Cinder smashes into the bird quick as a lightning bolt and glowing with static energy.

Cinder's powerful counter-attack is enough to keep this bird away for now. As Mesrine retreats to the skies, Cinder takes a moment to recharge his health using the sun's energy. Then Mesrine gets one last peck in before fluttering back sheepishly to his trainer's side.

Now that Mesrine is unwilling to battle, Nutella the Magnemite must take to the fray. That's when Cinder opens his jaws to unleash a fiery explosion! The red-hot attack makes Nutella's metal shell glow bright red, but fails to inflict any deeper wounds. Nutella fires back with a subtle electric jolt, which Cinder barely manages to sidestep.

At this point Nutella starts to feel worried. It doesn't very much like being set on fire, and what's worse is it can sense an allergic reaction coming on soon. So, when Growlithe gears up for his next attack, Nutella puts up a defensive barrier so impenetrable that Cinder is forced to cut his offense short. Only once Nutella lets its guard down can the watchful hound really put some effort into his attack: another blast of fire that jets out from its maw. It's a direct hit! Wincing in pain, Nutella reasserts its defense by erecting a weaker (yet longer-lasting) barrier, but by now the growing flames which surround it already threaten to roast the Magnemite into submission.

Cinder rushes past Nutella's Light Screen then latches onto his opponent with burning teeth. In return, Nutella lets off an electric shockwave that forces Cinder to back off. Cinder quivers, sensing his muscles tense up from paralysis. Before the canine can regain his bearings Nutella launches yet another lightning bolt, but this one packs much more intensity than before. Cinder lets out a yelp as the energy surges through his body.

Determined to end the fight before getting further injured, Cinder abandons defense to bombard his opponent with close-range attacks. Nutella, whose frame becomes riddled with paw-sized craters, must turtle up and brace for impact just to make it through the round alive.
