Per the Discussion post, and with expressed support from mods and Council members alike, I've made the call to put this in the main thread. If you have a preferred option for which should be Doubles' default format, please vote - your vote may affect future Tutoring programs, tournaments, and RPs.
If you do not have a specific preference, you can abstain from voting. I did not put a third "neutral" option as I would like the outcome of this vote to set a default. But by and large the community should not be affected - anyone may tailor their battle format as long as you are not abusing the system.
