Metagross rain with Thundurus is nice because the biggest thing that troubles Rain is Charizard-Y and Thundurus can easily make it useless with Rain Dance. I chose Pelipper over Politoed for the added support of Wide Guard and Tailwind. For the Swift Swimmer, I chose Kingdra because Muddy Water. Jolly Lando-T fills in last to provide a boost vs super fast leads like Deo-A and to pivot when necessary.

Volcarona beats many of the steel types this core hates and also is big win condition to the team. Landorus provides intimidate support, a reliable ground immunity and beats the other problematic steel types such as heatran. Tapu Lele boosts Metagross zen headbutt and Milotic Sp.Def. and Shaymin-Sky checks water typesand flinchs everything.
