Earthquake + Earthquake > Cooldown (Rock Slide) > Bite
On A1, if the opponent would use the Levitate command, use Earthquake instead.
If the opponent would use a Burn-inflicting move, use Substitute (15), but only once.
Remember that Litwick is one of the Pokemon that can gain the effects of Levitate by using a command. That would probably be very useful in this battle.

Hey, Black Heart , litwick should've knocked out swinub. Dig goes underground at 0 priority and comes up at -2, and since litwick is slower than swinub and used a combo which is also at -2 priority, the combo would've hit after swinub had come back above ground.
