About: Hex was caught while tavok passed through a haunted forest. She scared the trainer and his companions multiple times, before being exposed and defeated by Gambo. Since then, she has been a great partner for the other Pokémon, showing to be smart and cunning but somewhat timid.
Hex evolved at the same time as Hyrule and Lira after a grueling fight with Matezoide, in which they were victorious. After evolution, Lira adquiered hands, which she uses to play pranks that she wasn't able to do before.

Hyrule (Dragonair (F))
Nature:Quiet (+SpA, Spe-)

Type:

- Dragon: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against Garchomp.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:

- Shed Skin (Passive): This Pokemon regularly sheds its skin and any impurities contained in its body. If afflicted with a status condition, this Pokemon has a 33% chance of removing all status conditions at the end of a round.

- Marvel Scale (Passive) (LOCKED): This Pokemon's coat shimmers when afflicted with a status condition, reducing the Base Attack Power of incoming physical attacks by two (2).

Abilities:

- Intimidate (Trigger): When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.

Command: Activate Intimidate - 5 En - Lowers all foes' Attack by one (1) stage. Only usable if a foe entered play this round.

Nature: Bold (Adds One (1) Rank to Defense; Subtracts One (1) Rank From Attack)
Typing: Fairy
Fairy: Fairy STAB; -1 EN on non-Fairy-typed Nature, Sound, and Scent moves (stacks with second STAB where applicable). (Nature Power, Natural Gift; Sound Moves; Aromatherapy, Odor Sleuth, Sweet Scent)

Abilities:
Cute Charm:
This Pokemon's natural cuteness causes Pokemon of the opposite gender to become attracted to it 30% of the time after striking with a contact move. (Passive)
Magic Guard: This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. It can still attack itself in confusion but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is not negated. (Passive)
Friend Guard (HA-Unlocked): This Pokemon's body emits an aura of joy that reduces the BAP of all opponents' attacks in multiple battles by two (2). (Passive)

Typing: Grass/Dark
Grass: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poison Powder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Dark: Dark STAB; ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.

Abilities:

During bright sunlight, this Pokemon's cells absorb more solar energy, doubling (x2) its speed. (Passive)
Early Bird: This Pokemon is used to waking up at early hours or operating in low-light conditions; subsequently, sleep status is automatically reduced by one intensity level when inflicted on this Pokemon. When this Pokemon uses Rest, it will gain 18 HP per action and only be asleep for two actions. (Passive)
Pickpocket (HA-Locked): This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponent's item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon.
Activate Pickpocket <ally> Command: Trades items with target ally.

"Alright, time to (finally) get this going! Hex, you shall take the lead!"

"Let's have some fun"

Hex @ Exp. Share

Dummy007, this is already up in case you have not noticed the thread (like me).

"Sweet! Simon Heap, get out there, and take this Amulet Coin with you!"

"Let's rack up damage as fast as we can, but not without dealing with his disruptive moves."

Feint Attack -> Shadow Ball -> Extrasensory
If Reflect Type is used, begin the action sequence Unown M [Megahorn] -> Brick Break -> Hidden Power
If Protect is used, change that action to Grassy Terrain once and push actions back

This was originally a doubles battles, but you both seem to be happy with the singles happening, so I'm just going to go ahead and ref that! Maybe next round you can send out a second mon or something?

Sorry flavor super bowl, will return next round for really im not lying.

Sending out Rampage @ Exp.Share

Hex: Sludge Bomb (Simon Heap) - Shadow Ball (Luna) - Sludge Bomb (Simon Heap)
IF you are tormented, change remaining actions to Shadow Ball (Luna) - Thunderbolt (Luna) - Shadow Ball (Luna).

Rampage: Earthquake - Bulldoze - Earthquake
IF you flinch, THEN push actions back.
IF you are the target of a damaging grass type combination, THEN Protect and push actions back.

One of my worst set of action, but its late and I'm leaving.

(You forgot Clefairy's Friend Guard and Disarming Voice doesn't hit multiple targets, but whatever. I think we just both want this done.)

"Nicely done! Let's wrap this up as quickly as possible."

Simon: Fake Out Rampage -> Extrasensory Hex -> Shadow Ball Hex
If Rampage uses Protect A1, change that action to Shadow Ball Hex
Luna: Unown F [Frost Breath] Rampage -> Psychic Hex -> Psychic Hex
If Unown F is gone when you would use it AND you are not Taunted, change that action to Misty Terrain
If Simon's substitution activates AND you are not Taunted, change A1 to Wish

EDIT: Why on earth does it do that? It doesn't do that in-game. O.o

I did forget Friend Guard, but Disarming Voice very definitely hits both targets, according to the DAT.
"The Pokemon lets out a disarming cry that strikes the heart of all opponents without fail. The sound ignores Substitute."

Let's see...
