• Max HP is used to take advantage of Dusknoir's wonderful bulk, and max Attack is used to make Dusknoir hit decently hard
• Choice Band makes up for Dusknoir's weak moves and average base Attack

EQ is required to hit pawniard as well as being its strongest attack, and ice punch hits a lot of what tpunch hits (only pelipper and poliwrath) while smacking annoying grass types. I can see t-punch being slashed with ice punch, and possibly pursuit with trick (otherwise put pursuit, tpunch and spunch in moves imo), but otherwise this is good.
