vs. DFrog:

Mollux [] (F)
Nature: Timid (+15% Spe, +9% Acc, -1 Atk)
Type:
Fire: Fire STAB; immune to burn, emit a low glow in dark places, takes additional damage if active open flames are exposed to a water attack. Superior senses in volcanic or brushfire areas.
Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic, see and breath through smog/smokescreens/haze uninhibited. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus. Superior senses in urban settings.

Abilities:
Dry Skin: (Innate) This Pokemon has spongy, yet sensitive skin, causing it to burn in bright sunlight for damage but absorb water and heal damaged tissues in rain. This effect results in dealing two (2) damage/action to this Pokemon in sunlight and recovering two (2) HP/action in rain. In addition, the dry skin is very vulnerable to flames and the Base Attack Power of incoming Fire attacks is increased by two (2). The Pokemon absorbs the damage of water attacks and recovers 25% of HP the damage that would have been inflicted.
Illuminate (DW): (Can Be Activated) When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intense light that blinds all opponents, reducing their Accuracy stage by one (1) at the cost of 5 EN. The accuracy drop will last six (6) actions after the Pokemon is released.

Round 1

I could put some flavor here. But I won't. At least now in this round. Will do so in the next one.

Also, for the lols, if Ice Fang weren't used with sheer force, it would result in flinch AND 2a freeze. But DFrog will have to make due with the extra damage.

Round 2

Chikorita here looks like the bad gal on a bad soap opera. It is trying extremely hard to poison the Croconaw with Poison Powder, then Toxic, then Poisonpowder again. All of them failed as the Croconaw was prepare to evade them with Protect and digging holes. It even dealt some damage to boot!

But the leech seeds continue to give health to the Chikorita and those Digs take quite a toll. Let's see how this pans out.

So Croconaw used a Combo of Bite + Ice Fang for good damage and a chance of flinch. But Chikorita managed to attack and counter attack. On the second turn Croconaw needs to cool down while Chikorita attacks with Razor Leaf. Finally, Croconaw digs a hole to evade Energy Ball and then attacks. But still, Croconaw went from a favourable to a highly unfavourable situation.

According to Torments description Chikorita would have been unable to attack this round on actions 1 & 3 as Energy Ball has been used in the last 6 actions assuming these actions are from last round. This does not change actions should the above statement be true or false. I might be interpreting the moves description wrong but here it is
Torment: The Pokemon imbues itself with dark energy and torments the foe, preventing the opponent from using using the same attack twice in a row. Furthermore, it prevents the opponent from using any move during any given round that it used in the round prior for six (6) actions.

Read the description carefully, please.

Torment: The Pokemon imbues itself with dark energy and torments the foe:
1) preventing the opponent from using using the same attack twice in a row

2)Furthermore, it prevents the opponent from using any move during any given round that it used in the round prior

3) for six (6) actions.

What it says is that a pokemon can't use a move twice in a row and can't use a move used on the previous round. That effect lasts for 6 actions.

Since Chikorita's last round was Razor Leaf, it can use moves other than razor leaf.

At least that is how I see it.
