I use Flareon pretty successfully in UU, meaning its good enough for UU :D.

I use Solrock in OU and Umbreon in ubers. :o

I think charm is good with reflect so that you can potentially stay alive long enough to heal yourself with wish on a weak physical attacker. Speaking of which, I feel you could move some of the SpD to Def so that reflect helps it more because its SpD is signifigantly better, along with the lack of special attackers in nu anyway. Maybe the plan could be to Wish on a predicted switch and then use Charm though.

Knock off has 60 Base Power on Chimecho compared to Surf with about 140 BP. What the heck are you thinking about???
