[SET COMMENTS]

Rather than being part of a dedicated Baton Pass team or acting as a stand alone sweeper, this Espeon variant aims to provide teammates a boost while also abusing Magic Bounce to the fullest. This set works best on a Sun team, making Morning Sun a reliable recovery move without drawbacks and, when using, powering up Hidden Power Fire. Espeon, in return, can prevent the set-up of hazards thanks to it's ability. Magic Bounce. Magic Bounce also prevents Espeon from being crippled by status, Encore'd, or phazed away by Whirlwind or Roar. Getting up a Calm Mind shouldn't be too hard and after a couple of boosts, Espeon can pass to a teammate or try to sweep itself. Psychic + Fire has decent coverage and with Espeon's pretty good Speed stat, it's definitely a force to be reckoned with.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are pretty straight forward, max HP to take hits better and to set up on pokemon with Seismic Toss or Night Shade easier more easily, while max Speed lets the base 110 Espeon outspeed a surprising amount of Pokemon. Psychic vs Psyshock is a matter of preference option, the former can hit Bulk Up Conkeldurr and similar Pokemon harder, while Psyshock makes it easier to engage in Calm Mind wars and to beat special walls. Hidden Power Fighting is an option to hit Tyranitar and other Dark-types harder that are immune to the STAB-move of choice. And A Life Orb can be used for more power but Espeon rather has have the 6% recovery every turn which helps setting up which makes setting up easier.

Ninetales is almost an necessity for this set to be effective as Sun boosts Hidden Power Fire and makes sure Morning Sun recovers 2/3's of Espeon's HP. When using Baton Pass, Volcarona makes an excellent Baton Pass receiver as it can come switch-in on the Steel-types that bother Espeon lacking Hidden Power Fire. while It can also use the boosts to take on Hydreigon and Tyranitar who can stop Espeon cold.. Venusaur is also a good teammate as it appreciates a boost or it can take advantage of the fact that certain Pokemon being are taken out or weakened by Espeon. Dugtrio also works as it can trap the likes of Jirachi and Tyranitar, making it easier for Espeon to sweep. And Additionally, thanks to Baton Pass, Tyranitar cannot Pursuit-trap either.

Hope i did better than my last one. Constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated :)

somewhat worked over Sir's check, but I made changes over the OP version because i thought that was clearer. I think you're almost there, just some minor details like Encore'd -> Encored, Sun team -> sun team, set name should be changed to something more descriptive (then again this isn't exactly GP's job xD), Hidden Power [Fire] -> Hidden Power Fire, and I'm pretty sure it's "a necessity" not "an". Other than that, yeah, well done! :)

Thanks Sir and sirndpt, implemented those changes!
Tried something original but also kinda descriptive as a set-name. Don't know if it works though.

move 2: Morning Sun

move 4: Baton Pass / Hidden Power Fire
item: Leftovers
ability: Magic Bounce
nature: Timid
evs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Rather than being part of a dedicated Baton Pass team or acting as a stand alone sweeper, this Espeon variant aims to provide teammates a boost while also utilizing Magic Bounce to the fullest. This set works best on a sun team, as sun makes allows Morning Sun a reliable recovery move to recover more health, Morning Sun is not totally reliable because weather can be changed :/ feel free to keep it though! and powers up Hidden Power Fire. Espeon, in return, can prevent entry hazards from being set up thanks to its ability. Magic Bounce also prevents Espeon from being crippled by status, Encored, or phazed away by Whirlwind or Roar. Getting up a Calm Mind shouldn't be too hard, and after a couple of boosts, Espeon can pass them to a teammate or try to sweep. Psychic + and Fire has decent coverage and with Espeon's pretty good Speed stat, it's definitely a force to be reckoned with.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are pretty straightforward: maximum HP EVs lets Espeon take hits better and to set up on Pokemon with Seismic Toss or Night Shade more easily, while maximum Speed EVs lets allow repeated word (optional) the base 110 Speed Espeon outspeed or outpace because too many 'speed's :p a surprising amount of Pokemon. The choice between Psychic vs and Psyshock feel free to keep 'vs' but add a period after 's' depends on your preference,;<semicolon> the former can hit the likes of Bulk Up Conkeldurr harder, while Psyshock makes it easier to win Calm Mind wars and to beat special walls, especially Chansey and Blissey. Hidden Power Fighting is an option to hit Tyranitar and other Dark-types, who are immune to Espeon's STAB move of choice. A Life Orb can be used for more power, but Espeon would rather have the minor recovery every turn, which helps it in setting up.

Ninetales is almost a necessity for this set to be effective, as sun boosts provides Hidden Power Fire with a pseudo-STAB optional because you already used 'boost' just now xD and ensures that Morning Sun recovers 2/3 of Espeon's HP. When using Baton Pass, Volcarona makes an excellent recipient, as it can come on the Steel-types that bother Espeon lacking Hidden Power Fire; it can also use the boosts to take on Hydreigon and Tyranitar. Venusaur is a good teammate as well, as it appreciates a boost, and can take advantage of a weakened Jirachi, Latios, or Latias. never refer the Lati twins as Lati@s in analysis writing or Lati@s. Dugtrio can trap the likes of Jirachi and Tyranitar, making it easier for Espeon to sweep, but note that thanks to Baton Pass, Tyranitar cannot Pursuit trap Espeon.

A couple of changes are optional because they might sound better.. x) Good work!
