Evos for Everyone (Slate 21- Keep it Simple)

Evolved when levelled up in a cemetery (Pokemon Tower, Mt Pyre, Kalos Route 10, etc.).
New Pokemon Name: Mausolectre (mausoleum + spectre)
Type:

New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Mystical Fire, Spirit Steal (Strength Sap variation for special attack)
Ability: Corrosion, Infiltrator
Stats: 60 / 98 / 130 / 98 / 130 /50 (566 BST)
Competitive Niche: Thanks to Spirit Steal, Mausoleum has access to reliable recovery that has the potential to recover all health with the added bonus of lowering the target's special attack. This combined with 130 defence and special defence will make Mausolectre very hard to wear down. Corrosion allows it use Toxic on any potential switch in. Sludge Bomb allows it to deter Fairy types but with average Special Attack and most Fairy types having high special defence it will mostly choose to run a defensive/stall set.

Evolved when exposed to a Shiny Stone.
New Pokemon Name: Carbazzle (carbon + dazzle)
Type:

New Moves: Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Recover
Ability: Pixilate, Sturdy
Stats: 60 / 90 / 160 / 50 / 160 / 50 (570 BST)
Competitive Niche: This hunk of refined mineral sets rocks and booms. Not much can break past its defences to prevent Stealth Rocks and stop it from unleashing a Pixilate boosted Explosion. Carbazzle can also sit around and sponge hits thanks to its large amount of resistances and Recover or even set up Screens for its teammates. Whatever it chooses to do it'll want to go out with a bang.

Evolves into Giratina-O when exposed to a Dusk Stone. This will allow Giratina-O to hold items other than the Griseous Orb in battle (if Ubers are ever relevant in this mod).
New Pokemon Name: Girateeny (it deserves a cute name)
Type:

Removed Moves: Shadow Force
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 70 / 60 / 55 / 60 / 55 / 40 (340 BST)
Competitive Niche: It's a baby version of Giratina. It can be a fat wall like its evolved Alternate forme or a more offensive set with near perfect STAB coverage like its Origin forme. The LC juggernauts, Timburr and Mienfoo, are more or less walled by Girateeny giving it a very important role to play on most teams. Lack of reliable recovery makes Girateeny easy to wear down but a Rest/Talk set could allow it to survive a long time and have spammable STAB moves called through Sleep Talk.

New Pokemon Name: Sapphyte (sapphire + stalactite)
Evolution Method: Level up with a Steel-type Pokémon in your party.
Type:

Ability: Levitate / Blue Steel*
*Immune to Fire-type attacks (Levitate clone)
Stats: 100 (+50) / 50 / 150 / 50 / 150 / 50 550 BST
New Moves: Recover, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Rapid Spin
Competitive Niche: I decided to give Carbink split evos since it already had an “evolution” in Diancie. I went with this defensive version to give stall a “pre gen 6 Bronzong” as it can get rid of one of its two weaknesses through its ability. I also like the role compression this can provide for stall teams even if it competes with other Steel- and Fairy-types that are pretty common types in stall archetypes. Sapphyte has access to most entry hazards and Rapid Spin to provide a very powerful hazard user for OU stall. It’s offenses are lackluster so as to maximize its defensive capabilities. Recover gives it reliable recovery allowing it to sustain itself throughout the match.

New Pokemon Name: Rubemyte (ruby + stalagmite)
Evolution Method: Level up with a Ground-type Pokémon in your party.
Type:

Ability: Sheer Force / Clear Body
Stats: 50 / 150 (+100) / 50 (-100) / 150 (+100) / 50 (-100) / 100 (+50) 550 BST
New Moves: Gemstone Crack* (Ground-type Crunch), Earthquake, Play Rough
Competitive Niche: Rubemyte is the offensive evolution with near-perfect neutral STABs and 150/150/100 offenses allowing it to plow through a lot of things. It’s offset by its 50/50/50 defenses which means a light breeze would KO it. Gemstone Crack gives Rubemyte a physical offensive Ground-type STAB that takes advantage of Sheer Force while Play Rough gives it a physical Fairy-type STAB. I figured no to any boosting moves since it has wonderful offenses and Life Orb + Sheer Force seems powerful enough.

T.I.A.

formerly Ticktock
Sorry, it has been a while.

Evolves into Giratina when in a cave.
New Pokemon Name: Spiritiny (Spirit+Tiny)
Type:

Removed Moves: Shadow Force, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 75 / 65 / 65 / 65 / 65 / 45 (370 BST)
Competitive Niche: Rather than the demon dragon, its only a shadowy dragon without the dragon typing. Anyways, its bulky and can hit decently hard with Eviolite. It's not a dragon just for balance. I know, its bad.

Original Pokemon Name: Carbink
New Pokemon Name: Carbunny (Carbon + bunny)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up underground at high Affection

Type: Rock/Fairy

Ability: Clear Body/Super Luck
Stats: 50/70 (+ 20)/150/50/150/70 (+ 20) BST 540 (+ 40)

Move Additions: Jump Kick, Hi-Jump Kick, Bounce, Moonlight

Competitive Niche (OU): Carbunny becomes less passive and faster than its prevo, improving its physical offenses and adding coverage and reliable recovery.

Original Pokemon Name: Spiritomb
New Pokemon Name: Phantomb (Phantom + tomb)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up while holding an Odd Keystone

Type: Ghost/Rock

Ability: Solid Rock/Infiltrator

Stats: 50/122 (+ 30)/108/112 (+ 20)/108/35 BST 535 (+ 50)
Move Additions: Ancient Power, Stone Edge, Sandstorm
Competitive Niche (OU): You gain an extra STAB, resulting in a unique type combo. Your new weaknesses can be offset with Solid Rock and you have more attacking power.

Original Pokemon Name: Giratina
New Pokemon Name: Antiny (Anti + tiny)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up in the Distortion World
Type: Ghost/Dragon

Ability: Contrary/Defiant
Stats: 100 (- 50)/55 (- 45)/70 (- 50)/55 (- 45)/70 (- 50)/50 (- 40) BST: 400 (-280)
Move Subtractions: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Earthquake
Competitive Niche (LC): Antiny doesn’t really have the movepool to abuse Contrary, but it can be fun to counter intimidate and Sticky Web. That said, Defiant does that too, and can help you hit hard, despite being a more defensive mon.

Carbink: Scoopapa , Origin0, nv

Spiritomb: ToadBrigade, Origin0, Scoopapa

Giratina: Jamis361, ToadBrigade, Ticktock

Slate 12 Winners
Sorry for taking so long on this one. Congrats to Origin0 for winning with Diamontink, and Toadbrigade for winning with Mausolectre!

Original Pokemon Name: Carbink
New Pokemon Name: Diamontink (diamond + tinker)
Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 with Diancie in the party
Type:

Ability: Regenerator / Sturdy (HA)
Stats: 65 / 60 / 160 / 60 / 160 / 60 | BST: 565 (+15 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, +10 Spe)
Move Additions: Recover, Wish, Healing Wish, Haze
Competitive Niche (OU): Diamontink is a wall with reliable recovery and Regenerator. Healing Wish allows it to bring in a healed teammate when it is no longer needed, and Haze stops set-up. It is extremely passive, however, leaving it vulnerable to stallbreakers with Taunt.

For the Giratina prevo we have a tie between Toadbrigade and Jamis361:

New Pokemon Name: Gir-Altered Form (lol)
Evolution Method: Level up in the Distortion World
Typing:

Abilities: Pressure / Telepathy
Stats: 75 / 50 / 60 / 50 / 60 / 90 | BST: 385 (-75 HP, -50 Atk, -60 Def, -50 SpA, -60 SpD)
Movepool Subtractions: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Shadow Force
Competitive: A bulky monster with Eviolite. Same typing as Giratina allows it to be annoying on stall teams, and high speed gives it an even better niche. Good thing devolution didn't give it a reliable recovery move. On the other hand...

New Pokemon Name: Gir-Origin Form
Form Change Method: Hold the Griseous Orb
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 75 / 60 / 50 / 60 / 50 / 90 | BST: 385 (-75 HP, -60 Atk, -50 Def, -60 SpA, -50 SpD)
Movepool Subtractions: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Shadow Force
Competitive: Still pretty bulky, but slightly less so. Fantastic speed and good offenses let it do the same thing its evolution in Ubers, which is provide defensive utility while dealing out good damage.
Next slate will be up soon but feel free to get your tie breaker votes in before that.

Slate 13: Dragon Heaven

Rawr

Drampa: Drampa may look a little old for an evo, but I'm sure you'll think of something.
Maximum Ability Ranking: 4
Maximum Movepool Additions: 4

Druddigon: Another rather goofy dragon, this time physical.
Maximum Ability Ranking: 4
Maximum Movepool Additions: 4

Palkia: We did Giratina so we may as well do its counterparts too!

Also it would appear that Jamis361 has won the tiebreaker with Gir!

New Pokemon Name: Pal (just another cute name)
Evolution Method: Level up at Spear Pillar
Typing:
1538791808491.png
1538791783539.png

Stats: 45/60/50/100/80/50 | BST: 385 (-45 HP, -60 Atk, -50 Def, -50 SpA, -40 SpD, -50 Spe)
Abilities: Pressure/Telepathy
Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Spacial Rend
Competitive: Huge Special Attack plus good STABs and great coverage make Pal a huge threat in LC. Pal can run Specs or Scarf effectively, and can pull off cool Z-move sets as well.

New Pokemon Name: Crimsagama (crimson + agama)
Type:

Ability: Rock Head / Sheer Force / Ramifications* (Takes 50% less damage from Dragon- and Rock-type moves. Thick Fat clone)
Stats: 87 (+10) / 130 (+10) / 100 (+10) / 60 / 100 (+10) / 88 (+40) BST: 565
New Moves: Fireball*, Dragon Rush, Head Smash, Morning Sun
(Fireball, 16 PP, 100 BP, 100 Acc, 10% chance to burn, 1/3 recoil damage, Physical, makes no contact)
Competitive Niche: Crimsagama gains a Fire typing and a bit more bulk while drastically improving its Speed. Fireball is a unique physical move that avoids contact and hits pretty hard coming off of base 130 Attack. Rock Head and Sheer Force allow Crimsagama to avoid recoil or power up many of its moves, STAB and coverage alike. Ramifications is unique as it allows Crimsagama to take neutral damage from Dragon- and Rock-types, effectively neutering two of its weaknesses. While Crimsagama is slow and hasn’t gained much besides Speed from its prevolution, it can still hit very hard and has a lot of utility with access to Stealth Rock and Morning Sun.

New Pokemon Name: Gargama ( Gargoyle + Agama (a type of red-headed lizard))
Type:

Ability: Rock Head / Sheer Force | Intimidate (HA)
Stats: 87 (+10) / 130 (+10) / 110 (+20) / 70 (+10) / 95 (+5) / 68 (+20) BST: 560
New Moves: *Rock Tail, Slack Off, Rock Polish
*Rock Tail |
|
| 90 BP | 90% Acc.| 30% chance to lower target's Speed
Competitive Niche: Gargama is a very tough physical tank with a somewhat poor typing to offset its powerful stats and ability. It's the bulkiest user of Intimidate, which should help it find a niche as a defensive pivot. The signature move Rock Tail helps it avoid the problem of Rock/Dragon having horrible STAB moves and gives it one strong STAB to use with Sheer Force. It would most likely run an Intimidate tank set with Stealth Rock, but it could also run a wallbreaking Sheer Force set with Rock Tail.

New Pokemon Name: Centarigon ( Centigenarian + dragon )
Type:

Ability: Sap Sipper / Berserk | *Humble Spirit
*
Humble Spirt - This pokemon's Dragon-type moves become Normal-type and gain +20% base power.
Stats: 83 (+5) / 70 (+10) / 95 (+10) / 145 (+10) / 111 (+20) / 46 (+10) BST: 550
New Moves: Moonblast, Hydro Pump
Competitive Niche: Normal and Dragon aren't the most complimentary of STAB types, so while the loss of Dragon STAB is somewhat felt, the ability to spam 20% boosted Draco Meteors and hit Fairy types with them will more than make up for it. Draco Meteor will do Good Chiptm even to Ferrothorn or Heatran, and it has Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Shadow Ball, and Moonblast to fill out its coverage. Dragon Pulse also gets boosted to a nice 102 base power, making it essentially a Special Return.

Evolved when levelled up in a cave at level 40+ (Druddigon is called the Cave Pokemon for a reason).
New Pokemon Name: Dreddageddon (dread + armageddon)
Type:

New Moves: Spikes, Play Rough, Dragon Rush
Ability: Rough Skin, Sheer Force, Mold Breaker
Stats: 92 / 144 / 108 / 65 / 108 / 57 (574 BST)
Competitive Niche: Dreddageddon has two major roles it can play. First is an anti-stall lead where it can safely hazard stack and Taunt against Mega Sableye thanks to Mold Breaker and force switches with Dragon Tail. It also has access to coverage moves that allow it to also 2HKO most stall staples. It's second role would be a Sheer Force wall breaker. The most viable moves that Dreddageddon can learn all have secondary effects that increase its wall breaking potential. STAB moves alongside potential Fairy. Steel, or Poison coverage make switching into this Pokemon quite difficult. It has quite a few weaknesses and is terribly slow (though this is slightly mitigated by Sucker Punch) so it won't be a threat to most offensive Pokemon.

Evolved when levelled up with >50% HP at level 53+.
New Pokemon Name: Dreampa (dream + grandpa)
Type:

New Moves: Moonblast, Agility, Earth Power
Ability: Berserk, Sap Sipper, Boastful (boosts the Special Attack stat after knocking out any Pokémon)
Stats: 90 / 70 / 75 / 152 / 85 / 63 (535 BST)
Competitive Niche: Dreampa relives its youthful days to show you young whippersnappers how to play Pokemon. Thanks to walking up mountains in both directions back in the day, Dreampa has decent speed when boosted with Agility to allow it to outspeed many Pokemon allowing it to sweep late game. Not known to be shy, Dreampa will gladly talk your ears off by retelling old stories, boosting his special attack after every KO with its ability, Boastful.

Evolved when levelled up with ≤50% HP at level 53+
New Pokemon Name: Greympa (grey + grandpa)
Type:

New Moves: Boomburst, Nasty Plot, Earth Power
Ability: Berserk, Sap Sipper, Slow Start
Stats: 90 / 70 / 105 / 140 / 115 / 43 (535 BST)
Competitive Niche: Not all Drampa evolve to reminisce about the good old days, some just become grouchy old windbags. Since Greympa spends most of the time yelling at kids to get off his lawn, Boomburst has become its go to attack. Its voice has become so loud that its said even those in the afterlife can hear its ranting.

Evolves when levelled up holding the Lustrous Orb at level 50+.
New Pokemon Name: Palki (cute name for a cute god of space)
Type:

Removed Moves: Spacial Rend
Ability: Pressure
Stats: 45 / 50 / 50 / 95 / 60 / 50 (350 BST)
Competitive Niche: Just like in Ubers Palki is outshone by its Hoenn counterpart, Korb. Despite this it has a niche over Korb thanks to having dual typing and the ability to boost its attacks with the Lustrous Orb. Only two Pokemon resist Palki's STAB attacks, Ferroseed and Morelull, allowing it to only need Fire Blast as a coverage move. In its fourth slot it is free to run support moves such as Thunder Wave, Toxic, or Rest.

Evolve by leveling up while holding a lagging tail

Old Pokemon Name: Drampa
New Pokemon Name: Ophidiend (End+Ophidian)
Type:
1538657161999.png
1538657167929.png

New Moves: Heal Block, Trick Room, Parting Shot, Tailwind
Ability: Persistent: When Gravity, Trick Room, Heal Block, Safeguard, or Tailwind is used by this Pokémon, it will last for two turns longer than it otherwise would. This extension remains even after the holder switches out. In addition, foes cannot use items while the user is out
Stats: 78 / 60 / 105 / 140 / 111 / 66 | 560 BST
Competitive Niche: To be Determined

1538658457309.png

Old Pokemon Name: Druddigon
New Pokemon Name: Cragaron (Crag+Dragon/Tarragon)
Type:
1538658146126.png
1538658110551.png

New Moves: Stone Edge, Solar Blade, Synthesis, Stealth Rock
Ability: Multiscale/Chlorophyll/Tough Claws (Hidden)
Stats: 84 / 128 / 115 / 60 / 105 / 78 | 570 BST
Competitive Niche: Cragaron is an incredibly diverse Pokemon. It has 3 useful abilities that let it run 3 different sets. It can be a tank with Multiscale, a wallbreaker with Tough Claws, or a sun Sweeper with Chlorophyll. Cragaron has very well rounded stats too. Other than it's special attack, it has no real weaknesses, as 78 speed is perfectly viable as a Chlorophyll sweeper.

Old Pokemon Name: Drampa
New Pokemon Name: Drelder (Dragon + Elder)
Type:

New Moves:
Trick Room, Wish, Flash Cannon, Recover
Ability: Berserk/Sap Sipper/Simple (Hidden)
Stats: 92/45/90/147/112/24
Competitive Niche: Drelder ages with evolution so what it gains in wisdom (Special stats) it loses in physical power and speed. Simple because as Drelder get's older it becomes a slower more simple beast. After a calm mind Drelder becomes even more a monster on the special side with respectable bulk on the other end. It's crippling low speed stat pairs well with Trick Room teams. It also could have a place on stall teams as a hard hitting special wall.
