Why this set deserves to be on-site:
- Powerful STAB combination resisted only by Drapion and Houndoom in UU
- High Special Attack makes switching into Exeggutor extremely difficult, especially if it has LO
- Sleep Powder can effectively take out one of your opponent's Pokemon or counter
- Synthesis is to heal off damage
- Speed EVs allow Exeggutor to reach 201 speed, allowing it to outspeed neutral base 80s and most notably Milotic
Additional Comments:
- LO can be used over Leftovers, although it doesn't any significant OHKOs
- HP Ground can be used over Sleep Powder for Drapion and Houndoom
- Grass Knot or Energy Ball can be used over Leaf Storm, though the loss of power will be very noticeable
Teammates and Counters:
- Has good synergy with Moltres since both can switch into each other's weaknesses
- Venusaur can switch into a predicted Leaf Storm and OHKO with Sludge Bomb
- Drapion and Houndoom do extremely well against Exeggutor variants lacking HP Ground and can set up on it, though they'll still take a hefty chunk from Leaf Storm
- Specially Defensive Altaria and Registeel also make decent counters as they take little damage from Exeggutor's STAB
