As far as ordering first against a Mr Mime goes, this round could have gone worse. I mean sure EM managed to ensure Texas dealth a grand total of zero damage through the first two actions but a lucky crit on that one successful Heavy Slam saw Snorlax claw a decent amount back. Even if that thieving Mime did steal yet another item from the challenger. No one is running away with this one just yet, but Texas needs to tighten up because the leader is reknowned for pouncing on any lose plays.

What looks like a very convoluted and chancey set of orders from the challenger proceeds to basically work out in the best way possible. The terribly annoying Mr. Mime is forced out, but not before a hefty Double-Edge (while sleeping none the less) ensures he is taken out of the equation totally by those Stealth Rocks. Hugabear even does a largely decent job of conserving his own HP and energy and now stares down just Mawile on the other side of the field with a decent HP advantage to play with. But we all know Elevator Music is the absolute master of ordering second, and even with arguably his least tricky Pokemon Texas still needs to be wary. One missed step here will see all his dreams come crashing down once again, just like last time.

EM chances his hand to try and come out with the big win this round, with a massive punch just to make it even the more impressive. I suppose the chances were somewhat in his favour and stalling out the round was problematic at best. Unfortunately it fails rather spectacularly as Hugabear is able to ignore the confusion totally and KO Mawile cleanly with a pair of firey breath attcks. Then Bariyaado comes out automatically and awkwardly trips on a bunch of rocks and hands Texas a Fairy Badge!
