First of all, it's been two weeks, not three. Second of all, I had a valid excuse that was clearly communicated to the parties involved and then communicated as accepted by those parties in my extended LoA. Thirdly, I posted a set of orders at the time I said I would - that turned out in error and it's been only one day since that error was pointed out for me to have a chance to fix.
I think I deserve some leeway.
