60 / 135 (+20) / 82 / 75 / 75 / 100 (+20)

Role identification:

Parents: Omastar, Tapu Koko
Shared egg group: DNA

Resubs

Whether or not you remember this combo, it's back with a vengeance...and a few minor tweaks.
DNA Donors: Mawile / Kyurem-Black
Offspring name: Maurem-Bile
New Type: Steel / Dragon
Base Stats: 95 / 135 / 95 / 87 / 85 / 80 (+8 HP, +8 Atk, +3 Def, +13 SpD, +8 Spe) | 587 BST
New ability and desc: Fright Volts (Intimidate + Teravolt) - Upon switching in, opponents on the field have their Abilities suppressed and their Attack lowered by 1 stage, in that order.
Notable Moves: Iron Head, Dragon Claw, Fusion Bolt, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Roost, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Taunt
Role Identification: A sort of stallbreaker kinda (but not really) like Harem. Its Ability is Intimidate-related rather than Pressure-related, and it doesn't do anything to item effects. Its stats are not quite as terrifying, and it has crud all for physical options against Steel-types. But, at least it can set up Stealth Rock and has a form of priority in Sucker Punch.

Illegal Mega: 95 / 155 / 135 / 87 / 125 / 80 with Huge Power
EDIT: Changed Maurem-Bile's typing to Steel/Dragon. I initially wanted it to be Fairy/Dragon because there is no base fusion of that typing, but I've come to realize that Fairy/Dragon doesn't suit offensive fusions very well (due to the redundancy of dual STABs).

Derpy armored bird makes its return from 2 months ago.
DNA Donors: Archeops / Necrozma
Offspring name: Arzma
New Type: Rock / Psychic
Base Stats: 89 / 127 / 89 / 127 / 83 / 107 (+3 HP, +4 Atk, +6 Def, +8 SpA, +6 SpD, +13 Spe) | 622 BST
New ability and desc: Pyrite Armor (Defeatist + Prism Armor) - Above half HP, user takes 2/3 damage from super-effective attacks. Below half HP, user takes 4/3 damage from super-effective attacks. This Ability cannot be bypassed by other Abilities.
Notable Moves: Stone Edge, Head Smash, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Aqua Tail, Knock Off, U-turn, Power Gem, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Heat Wave, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Thunder Wave, Switcheroo
Role Identification: All-around-ish mixed attacker, more offensively oriented but with a defensively oriented Ability, packing a multitude of movepool gems for all builds. Also one of few Rock-types able to put special STAB to good use.

The sleepy and unrepresented duo strikes again.
Parents: Komala / Musharna
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Komusha
New type: Normal / Psychic
New base stats: 100 / 95 / 85 / 101 / 105 / 57 | 543 BST
New ability and desc: Dream Sync (Comatose + Synchronize) - Through activation of this Ability, all Pokémon on the field are treated as if asleep, except those that cannot be put to sleep. During the effect, all Pokémon on the field can still attack, unless due to a prior status condition. (Basically, it boils down to every applicable Pokémon on the field being under the effect of Comatose.) The effect ends when the user, Komusha, switches out.
Notable moves: Dream Eater, Psyshock, Snore/Swift (sadly its only two viable Normal special options), Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Stored Power, Return/Frustration, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Play Rough, U-turn, Sucker Punch, Rapid Spin, Moonlight, Wish, Trick Room, Heal Bell, Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Baton Pass, Nightmare, Healing Wish
Role Identification: Hey, look, a Pokémon that can viably used Dream Eater and Nightmare. (Well, kinda.) Arguably, this is what Musharna should have been: a Pokémon that causes other Pokémon to sleep in tandem with it (and yes, the Ability name is inspired by a game mechanic associated with Musharna). Komusha has well rounded stats (other than Speed), only two weaknesses (granted to common types in Bug and Dark), and a movepool full of support options albeit a bit lacking coverage-wise. Simply put, it's a balanced pivot that uses an all-encompassing pseudo-sleep to carve its niche.

New subs

One mon's trash is another mon's treasure.
DNA Donors: Porygon-Z / Ribombee
Offspring name: Porybom-Bee
New Type: Normal / Bug
Base Stats: 72 / 67 / 65 / 135 / 72 / 127 (+20 SpA, +20 Spe) | 538 BST
New ability and desc: Honey Power (Analytic + Honey Gather) - If the user is holding Honey, then its attacks deal 30% more damage.
Notable Moves: Tri Attack, Bug Buzz / Pollen Puff, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Moonblast, U-turn, Quiver Dance, Nasty Plot, Agility, Recover/Roost, Baton Pass
Role Identification: Turns Honey from a useless item to a recoil-less Life Orb. Can go Quiver Dance, double dance, or straight-up offensive. Regardless, it's sure to deal hefty damage if left unhindered.

It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's...dark.
DNA Donors: Yveltal / Emolga
Offspring name: Yvolga
New Type: Dark / Flying
Base Stats: 90 / 103 / 77 / 123 / 79 / 121 (+20 SpA, +20 Spe) | 593 BST
New ability and desc: Dusk Drive (Dark Aura + Motor Drive) - If the user is targeted by a Dark-type attack, it takes no damage and instead has the power of its own Dark-type attacks boosted by a factor of 1.5 (à la Flash Fire).
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Oblivion Wing, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Heat Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, U-turn, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Pursuit, Nuzzle, Roost, Taunt, Encore
Role Identification: Nothing says "Knock Off absorber" quite like a Dark immunity, am I right? That's what Yvolga is for the most part, and its access to Encore and Pursuit can potentially come in handy for foes that use Knock Off for coverage. Speaking of coverage, having Focus Blast and Electric moves for coverage complements its ability to take on opposing Dark-types. And I guess Flying STAB is kinda cool too.

Speed bug + Power bug = ...you do the math.
Parents: Ninjask / Pinsir
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Pinjask
New type: Flying / Bug
New base stats: 73 / 117 / 82 / 62 / 70 / 132 | 536 BST
New ability and desc: Machsie (Speed Boost + Moxie) - User's Attack and Speed are boosted by 1 stage if the user scores a KO.
Notable moves: U-turn, Aerial Ace, Earthquake, Close Combat, Knock Off, Feint, Quick Attack, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Defog
Role Identification: Primarily a Mega Stone holder, but it might just have the offensive prowess (and Ability) to do without. Its Ability also encourages not Mega Evolving turn 1.

Mega Evolution: Mega Pinjask
Type: Flying
Base Stats: 73 / 147 / 102 / 72 / 90 / 152 (+30 Atk, +20 Def, +10 SpA, +20 SpD, +20 Spe) | 636 BST
Ability: Aerilate
Notable Moves: above + Return, Double-Edge
Role Identification: Needless to say, losing Bug typing is more of a benefit than a hindrance. When Mega Evolving, Pinjask loses trivial STAB and resistances to types already resisted by Flying, in favor of losing two key weaknesses and being less weak to Rock. It also gets powerful Flying STAB thanks to Aerilate, and its already decent offenses are improved. In a few words: basically a late-game cleaner.

Yellow! Pink!
Parents: Ampharos / Slowbro
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Slowbaros
New type: Water / Electric
New base stats: 102 / 85 / 107 / 117 / 95 / 52 | 558 BST
New ability and desc: Shockingly Dense (Oblivious + Static) - If an opposing Pokémon attempts to tamper with the user's mental state, said Pokémon gets paralyzed instead.
Notable moves: Scald, Volt Switch, Discharge, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Slack Off, Trick Room, Calm Mind, Heal Bell, Magic Coat, Yawn
Role Identification: If not Mega Evolving turn 1, Slowbaros is normally setting up against something that could potentially Taunt or Encore it. It could also be a Mega Slowbaros A biding its time for the perfect type change opportunity.

Mega Evolution: Mega Slowbaros A
Type: Water / Dragon
Base Stats: 102 / 105 / 127 / 167 / 115 / 42 (+20 Atk, +20 Def, +50 SpA, +20 SpD, -10 Spe) | 658 BST
Ability: Mold Breaker
Notable Moves: above + Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Psyshock; - Ice Beam; emphasis on Trick Room
Role Identification: Here in the yellow corner, we have the offensive Trick Room setter that essentially trades its Grass and Ground weaknesses for Dragon and Fairy weaknesses. It also loses out on Electric STAB, but Water+Dragon coverage is better offensively, and Slowbaros can always run Volt Switch to share some of its Trick Room turns with other members of the team. Shame about the lack of coverage against Fairies, but at least opposing Abilities won't hinder this Mega (for the most part).

Mega Evolution: Mega Slowbaros S
Type: Water / Electric
Base Stats: 102 / 85 / 177 / 147 / 95 / 52 (+70 Def, +30 SpA) | 658 BST
Ability: Shell Armor
Notable Moves: see base Slowbaros; + Cotton Guard; emphasis on Calm Mind
Role Identification: And here in the pink corner, we have the ultra defensive Water/Electric type that takes better advantage of the utility side of its movepool. Well...actually, it doesn't have all that much utility outside of spreading status with Scald, Discharge, and potentially Yawn or Toxic. Rather, the main potential of this Mega lies in having the bulk to set up Calm Mind and wreak havoc with it. Cotton Guard is a nice little bonus from the Ampharos side, considering some Mega Slowbro builds in standard run Iron Defense.

Bombs? You want it? It's yours, my friend.
Parents: Kommo-o / Salazzle
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Kommazzle
New type: Fighting / Poison
New base stats: 81 / 97 / 102 / 115 / 92 / 111 | 598 BST
New ability and desc: Enhanced Ammo (Bulletproof + Corrosion) - The user's ball/bomb moves ignore type-related immunities.
Notable moves: Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Earthquake, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Dragon Dance
Role Identification: Here's a special attacker that doesn't (normally) have to worry about Ghost- or Steel-types when firing off Focus Blast and Sludge Bomb respectively. Keep in mind that it's 4* weak to Psychic and has a hard time breaking down opposing Poison-types.

DNA: Silvally and Araquanid
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Silvaquanid
New type: Normal/Water
New base stats: 90/83/94/83/114/89 (10+ HP, 10+ SPATK, 20+ SPE)
New ability and desc: RKS Bubble: This Pokemon's primary type changes when holding a memory. Also, moves that are the same type as that memory have their base power doubled before STAB. This Pokemon cannot be burned.
Notable moves: +Silvally's moves, Liquidation, Leech Life
Role identification: Mixed attacker that can combine with any memory to create a unstoppable sweeping machine and pivot. Best results can be with Electric/Water, Fire/Water and Ghost/Water.

Parents: Aurorus + Drampa
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Dramporus
New type: Dragon/Ice
New base stats: 100/69/99/130/99/47 (20+ DEF, 7+ SPD, 13+ SPA)
New ability and desc: Terrifying Tundra: This Pokemon sets hail upon send in. This Pokemon's special attack is doubled while hail falls.
Notable moves: Dragon Pulse, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Power Gem, Freeze Dry, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Flash Cannon, BoltBeam, Calm Mind, Glare, Hurricane, Substitute, Surf, Focus Miss
Role identification: Choice Specs and Life Orb Monster. Offensive/Defensive Stealth Rocker. Insane coverage with Surf, Flamethrower and Z-Solarbeam. I made this a joke because I thought the beard would look cool, but...WOAH.

DNA: Crabominable + Celesteela
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Celestibominable
New Typing: Steel/Fighting
New Stats: 97/130/110/85/90/52 (+20 Def, +6 to SpD, 14 to ATK)
New ability and desc: Beast Unleashed: Any attempt to reduce this Pokemon's stats will instead raise it's highest non-HP stat. This applies to self dropping Moves as well.
Notable Moves: I'm lazy, lol
Role Identification: This idea was thought up during my Ultra Variant days. In my thoughts, this was a Crabominable that was Grass/Fighting and had to deal with being in a heavily populated Celesteela and Kartana area. Now, it's just a defensive and physically offensive powerhouse. Ice Hammer will only make you stronger, and you have great support in Leech Seed and Substitute. Also, have fun abusing Close Combat.

DNA: Alolan Golem and Nihilego
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Nihilegolem-A
New type: Electric/Rock
New base stats: 95/105 (+13)/100 (+11) /100 (+9)/100 (+2)/80 (+5)
New ability and desc: Electric Dominance: Whenever this Pokemon uses an Electric type move or scores a KO, its highest non-HP stat raises by one. This Pokemon's Normal type moves turn into Electric moves and are powered up by 1.2x their original base power.
Notable moves: Stealth Rock, Sludge Bomb, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Fire Blast, Dazzling Gleam, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Volt Switch, Self-Destruct, Explosion, Focus Miss, Head Smash, Toxic Spikes
Role identification: What have I created? Well, a secondary Celesteela. Amazing support and ability to abuse both Choice Band and Specs. Not to sure on Scarf yet, but we'll just have to wait and see.

More to come.

New type:

New base stats:
67 HP / 84 Atk / 85 Def / 66 SpA / 85 SpD / 77 Spe (BST: 464)
New ability and desc: Irritating Pest (Swarm + Prankster) - This Pokemon's Bug-type moves have their priority increased by 1.
Notable moves: Bug Buzz, Tail Glow, Dark Pulse, Roost, Power Gem, U-turn, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Knock Off
Role Identification: Beatle has a bad defensive typing and low stats, but he has a niche in Irritating Pest, which gives his Bug-type moves +1 priority. Beatle's terrible Special Attack becomes quite scary after a Tail Glow boost and then he can sweep weakened teams with priority Bug Buzz.

Beatle @ Insect Plate / Buginium Z
Ability: Irritating Pest
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Bug Buzz
- Dark Pulse / Power Gem
- Roost

A late game cleaner set. You can use Dark Pulse as a secondary STAB attack or you can use Power Gem to hit Fire and Flying Pokemon.

New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: Bug Buzz, Tail Glow, Dark Pulse, Roost, Power Gem, U-turn, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Knock Off
Role Identification: Mega Beatle is much bulkier than the regular one, he is a bit stronger too and he has a nice ability in Magic Bounce. However his Bug-type moves don't have priority anymore.

Beatle-Mega @ Sablenite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

An offensive set that utilizes Tail Glow to break holes in teams.

Beatle-Mega @ Sablenite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp

A defensive pivot set that bounces entry hazards away, annoys foes with Knock Off and Will-O-Wisp and provides slow U-turn for teammates.

New type:

New base stats: 56 HP / 44 Atk / 40 Def / 44 SpA / 40 SpD / 38 Spe (+20 Atk +20 SpA) (BST: 262)
New ability and desc: Godlike Powers (Unaware + Huge Power) - All of this Pokemon's stats are doubled.
Notable moves: Play Rough, Superpower, Knock Off, Belly Drum, Z-Belly Drum, Encore
Role Identification: Cosmill is a really strong and fast attacker thanks to its broken ability. Although Cosmill's offensive stats are mixed, it must always go physical because it has got no special STAB attack. In case you were wondering, its Attack reaches 374 if jolly (410 if adamant) and its Speed reaches 384 if jolly (350 if adamant). That's pretty good.

Cosmill @ Sitrus Berry / Fairium Z
Ability: Godlike Powers
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

New ability and desc: Bully (Strong Jaw + Justified) - This Pokemon's Attack is 1.5x and its Dark-type moves have 1.5x power.
Notable moves: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Return, Quick Attack, Superpower, Play Rough, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, U-turn
Role Identification: Aboos is an extremely strong physical attacker. He will OHKO or 2HKO the foe most of the time with his Knock Off. He has got access to Sucker Punch to kill faster opponents, Pursuit to trap slower opponents and Swords Dance to sweep or wallbreak. However Aboos is really slow and frail so he kinda relies on Sucker Punch.

Aboos @ Black Glasses
Ability: Bully
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Notable moves: Close Combat, Sacred Sword, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Extreme Speed, Iron Head, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Taunt, Heal Bell
Role Identification: Draglion is a very powerful and versatile Pokemon. It has got everything: good Attack stat, strong ability, great bulk, reliable recovery, a lot of coverage options, strong priority attack, DD and SD to set up, Stealth Rock and even Defog. Fairies are a problem, but it can be usually solved with Iron Head or Poison Jab.

Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Water Spout, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Protect, Tail Glow, Z-Hypnosis, Z-Rain Dance
Role Identification: Octix is a scary sweeper and wallbreaker that just keeps getting stronger and stronger thanks to its ability. It can utilize Z-Hypnosis or Z-Rain Dance to boost its Speed and then snowball through unprepared teams. Protect is also very useful.

Role Identification: Skaw is a really versatile Pokemon thanks to its expansive movepool. Skaw can set up Stealth Rock and Spikes or remove them with Defog, too.

New ability and desc: Hazardous Boost (Beast Boost + Hustle) - This Pokemon's highest stat is 1.5x and accuracy of its attacks is 0.8x.
Notable moves: Smart Strike, Iron Head, Superpower, Sacred Sword, Stone Edge, Crunch, Leaf Blade, Thunder Fang, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Defog, Agility
Role Identification: Karant is a brutal physical sweeper that basically has a free Choice Band. Smart Strike is maybe better than Iron Head because it doesn't care about the accuracy drop. However Karant can use Hone Claws to remedy this.

Karant @ Life Orb / Steelium Z

Notable moves: Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Zen Headbutt, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt
Role Identification: Shewt is an okay physical attacker. Its niche over other physical attackers is its immunity to 4 types (Normal and Fighting thanks to its Ghost typing, Dark and Ghost thanks to its ability). This allows Shewt to switch in on many attacks or even wall some offensive Pokemon. However it has got no bulk, so most neutral attacks can OHKO it.

New type:

New base stats:
80 HP / 92 Atk / 89 Def / 86 SpA / 111 SpD / 92 Spe (BST: 550)
New ability and desc: Huge Bubble (Torrent + Water Bubble) - This Pokemon's Water power is 2x; it can't be burned; Fire power against it is halved. When it has 1/3 or less of its max HP, its Water power is 3x instead of 2x.
Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Water Shuriken, Scald, Leech Life, U-turn, Ice Beam, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Taunt
Role Identification: Grequa is an extremely powerful attacker that can run both physical and special sets. Thanks to Huge Bubble it is almost impossible to switch in on his Water attacks (especially when he has below 1/3 of his HP). And even if some bulky Grass Pokemon tried to check Grequa, it risks getting killed by his Bug STAB attacks. Grequa's Speed is only mediocre but he has got a strong priority attack in Water Shuriken to remedy this.

DNA Donors: Cloyster + Minior
Offspring name: Mirliton
New Type: Rock/Ice
Base Stats: Onion Forme: 55/77/160 (+20)/72/72/85 (+20) (BST: 521)
Kazoo Forme: 55/160/77/72/72/145 (BST: 581)
New ability and desc: Chayote Ugly (Skill Link + Shields Down): This Pokémon enters its Kazoo Forme when below 50% HP. While in Kazoo Forme, its multi-strike moves always hit for the maximum number of times and ignore accuracy and evasion. While in Onion forme, this Pokémon is immune to major status effects and cannot be damaged or affected by multi-strike moves.
Notable Moves: Rock Blast, Icicle Spear, Earthquake, Ice Shard, Shell Smash
Role Identification: What do you get when you cross two of the most prominent Shell Smash sweepers in the game? This. An absolutely titanic Attack stat combined with an ability that grants it two 125 BP STAB moves is pretty damned insane, and as an attacking typing, Rock/Ice is pretty stellar. Of course, as Aurorus will tell you, defensively the typing is a big plate of arse and chips. However, having a solid physical defence means it can abuse items that other Shell Smashers really can't, such as Weakness Policy, thanks directly to that ridiculously useless defensive typing! With additional access to Earthquake and a very high speed in Kazoo Forme, all you really need to watch out for is priority like Mach and/or Bullet Punch. And oh look! It has STAB Priority of its own! How convenient. =]

My dolorimeter exploded...
Parents: Dragalge + Araquanid
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Neuralgia
New type: Bug/Dragon
New base stats: 76/82/101/83/137/53 (BST: 532)
New ability and desc: STABbing Pains (Adaptability + Water Bubble): Incoming Bug-, Dragon-, Fire-, and Water-type attacks deal 50% less damage to this Pokémon. This Pokémon gains STAB on Water-type attacks. This Pokémon's STAB attacks gain +100% Base Power before STAB is applied.
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Hidden Power Bug (yeah, this is the only special Bug-type move it gets, sue me), Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, Frost Breath, Dragon Pulse, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Outrage, Leech Life, Liquidation, Gunk Shot, Dragon Tail, Play Rough, Iron Tail, Toxic Spikes, Rain Dance
Role Identification: Absolute holy terror. 83 base Special Attack might not sound like much - because it isn't - but combine that with a STAB Draco Meteor and an ability that is frankly ridiculously strong, and you have the perfect recipe for a hellish sweeper. While that brutal Draco Meteor is certainly the most obvious selling point, though, Neuralgia has other weapons in its arsenal. STAB Leech Life is a 160 BP STAB move that heals for 50%, so anything neutral to Bug is giving you a huge chunk of your HP back. STAB Outrage is able to smash down walls in fairly short order, as well as force a switch to a Fairy-type, and STAB Hydro Pump is equally evil. It also has subtler options, too; Liquidation can lower the defences of physical walls, and it has some nasty synergies with Toxic Spikes and STAB Dragon Tail - you'll be going last anyway, so you might as well make the most of it. Additionally, Bug/Dragon is a pretty decent defensive typing, and one that is only improved by newfound neutrality to Dragon-type attacks and boosted resistances to Fire-, Water-, and Bug-type moves: combine it with some highly creditable defensive stats, especially on the Special side, and you have a bulky attacker par excellence. Even its dreadful Speed means it can find utility on Trick Room teams. Whatever you need it to do, this pain will be a killer. =]

Two birds dost not an goodly rodent make...
Parents: Braviary + Decidueye
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Cruddy Beaver
New type: Normal/Ghost
New base stats: 99/125/85/88/97/85 (BST: 579)
New ability and desc: Eagerness (Sheer Force + Long Reach): This Pokémon's contact moves do not make contact or trigger abilities centred around making contact; moves affected gain +33% Base Power. Additionally, moves with a secondary effect chance lose the secondary effect chance and gain +33% Base Power. These bonuses stack multiplicatively.
Notable moves: Return, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Double-Edge, Brave Bird, Steel Wing, Rock Slide, Leaf Blade, Zen Headbutt, U-Turn, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Tailwind, Roost, Synthesis
Role Identification: Surprisingly potent physical attacker with that Ghost/Fighting-type coverage the kids are all into these days. Return, Shadow Claw, and Superpower all make contact, and are (through judicious application of that old standby the Life Orb) thusly boosted into the stratosphere by a very powerful ability. Double-Edge can also do extra damage, but it's debatable as to whether or not the additional recoil is worth it. From there, it's just a question of what else you want on hand. Rock Slide only gets one boost but is still a valuable bit of coverage; Steel Wing gets a double boost and can deal with the tier's litany of Fairies; U-Turn can give you neat scouting potential, especially combined with Tailwind; boosting moves like Swords Dance and Braviary's well-storied Bulk Up are good picks for fourth moveslots; Sucker Punch hits a lot of types neutrally and can help with priority against faster attackers, such as Scarf users; Roost and Synthesis (the latter is for Sun teams) can also be useful to grant a little extra staying power, since its defences are definitely reasonable considering it has three immunities and only one weakness. I guess this beaver isn't so cruddy after all. =]

Polaris shines upon the righteous...
DNA Donors: Zapdos + Eelektross
Offspring name: Lodestar
New Type: Electric/Flying
Base Stats: 101 (+14)/115 (+13)/90 (+8)/115/90 (+5)/75 (BST: 586)
New ability and desc: Guiding Light (Levitate + Pressure): This Pokémon takes no damage from direct sources (i.e. direct attack, but not entry hazards, status, weather, &c) every other turn; Protect-style moves automatically fails on turns where it can take damage. This Pokémon is immune to Ground-type moves and cannot be trapped by Arena Trap, and takes no damage from Spikes.
Notable Moves: Drill Peck, Wild Charge, Rock Slide, Drain Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, Acrobatics, Fire Punch, Iron Tail, Thunder Punch, Aqua Tail, Focus Punch, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Thunder, Flash Cannon, Giga Drain, Dragon Pulse, Ancient Power, Ominous Wind, Gastro Acid, Roost, Substitute, Coil, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Defog, Tailwind, Rain Dance
Role Identification: Bastard-hard wall to get through and versatile mixed attacker. Those might not seem like excellent defensive stats, but combine them with an extraordinarily powerful ability and really excellent defensive typing and you're well away. It also has access to reliable recovery in the form of Roost (which doesn't take away your Ground immunity - thanks, Levitate!) and useful attacking moves such as Drain Punch and Giga Drain. It also has Eelektross's frankly enormous movepool to draw on, allowing for a huge variety of sets. My personal favourite is a Coil set with Acrobatics and Thunder or a SubPunch set with Roost and some coverage, but you can make this fusion do pretty much anything you want! It can even function well in the rain thanks to STAB Thunder and similar guff. Oh, and in case you're wondering about taking it down with a physical MB attacker or similar ability-negating 'mon? Gastro Acid. All in all, this is one fusion that will definitely see you home safe. =]

Notable moves: Acrobatics, Zen Headbutt, EdgeQuake, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, Aqua Tail, U-Turn, Psychic, Psyshock, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Ancient Power, Heat Wave, Dragon Breath, Charge Beam, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam
Role Identification: Durable wall, anti-setup 'mon, anti-lead, and general anti-meta irritant. Making all status moves have 50% accuracy is bad enough, but when that category is specifically stated to include things like Protect, Recover, Swords Dance, &c, then things really start to take a turn for the worse. Attacking stats of 109/117/113 are highly usable, and it's one of the few Pokémon that can reliably boost with Charge Beam and have it be worth their while to do so - y'know, since it's a 70% boost chance, rather than a 50% one. On the physical side, Acrobatics and EdgeQuake is a fantastic combination, with some esoteric coverage options as well, and on the special side it's frankly an embarrassment of riches. This fusion is extremely versatile, able to hit whatever your opponent may throw at it... just don't talk to it. About anything. It's a git. =]

There are few sillier names than Parp. I should know. I've bean looking for ages...
Parents: Amoonguss + Trevenant
Shared egg group: Grass
Offspring name: Mangetout Sensor Van
New type: Ghost/Grass
New base stats: 104/107/83/85/91/53 (BST: 523)
New ability and desc: Legume Lock-On (Regenerator + Frisk): Switching out heals this Pokémon for 33% of its maximum HP. When this Pokémon switches in, the opposing Pokémon's held items are replaced with Leftovers; doing so heals this Pokémon for 33% of its maximum HP, even if the target Pokémon was not holding an item. Pokémon already holding Leftovers are unaffected.
Notable moves: Shadow Claw, Horn Leech, Drain Punch, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Foul Play, Spore, Synthesis, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Toxic, Forest's Curse, Substitute, Leech Seed, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: My oldest surviving vote strategy: silly name and average statline teamed with a strangely potent ability. Mangetout Sensor Van's main gimmick is how insanely durable it is, especially since it can come in on item-abusing sweepers (of which there are many in FE) and nerf them hard, healing itself in the process. It's a momentum builder by proxy, creating opportunities for switch-ins that wouldn't exist otherwise thanks to its anti-meta tactics; it also has excellent coverage, a usable Attack stat, a weird defensive typing, and the ability to boost all its stats at once using Z-Forest's Curse. It can also wreak absolute havoc on a Trick Room team, spreading burns and Toxic poison or just removing the opposition's ability with Gastro Acid. With this fusion on side, your enemies had better beware, or they'll lose in a snap, sugar. =]

New type: Ghost/Steel
New base stats: 83(+4)/147(+20)/98(+8)/55/88(+8)/60 (531)

Notable moves: Bullet Punch, Pursuit, Sword Dance, Aerial Ace, U-Turn, Defog, Roost, Shadow Punch, Curse, Earthquake, Rock Polish, Stone Edge,
Role identification: Lurkzor is one powerful pokemon. Base 147 attack is no joke and match with its ability, you are going to take a lot of damage without the chance of dodging it. This pokemon have a lot of toolsl. It have a good typing, it have good all-around bulk, it have moves to boost it stats, have access to recovering, and defog.

Parents: Silvally & Drampa
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Sampa
New type: Normal/Dragon
New base stats: 86/90(+13)/90/134(+19)/100(+7)/66(+1) (566)
New ability and desc: RKS Berserker (RKS System + Berserk) Both Combined
Notable moves:
Physical: Outrage, Play Rough, Earthquake, Return, Dragon Tail, Multi Attack, Iron Head, Flame Charge, Explosion, Shadow Claw, U-Turn
Special: Dragon Pulse, Hyper Voice, Hurricane, Draco Meteor, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt/Thunder, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Surf, Air Slash, Tri Attack
Status: Glare, Light Screen, Calm Mind, Roost, Parting Shot, Sword Dance
Role identification: Due to it large movepool, Sampa can hit many things for neutral damage. Another reason that is good is that you won’t know what coverage they are running. This also go along with the typing as it can be any primary typing along with the dragon typing. Due to its ability, any time it go under half health, it get a special attack boost.

Parents: Dialga & Lumineon

Offspring name: Diamond

Role identification: Diamond is a cool pokemon. With a Steel/Water typing and with moves to cover its weakness (minus fighting unless running bounce), many pokemon may have a hard time switching in to Diamond. Diamond can fit well on rain teams due to its ability boosting its speed.

Parents: Heatran & Sandslash
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Ransand
New type: Steel/Ground
New base stats: 83/110(+15)/115(+7)/87/80/89(+18) (564)

Notable moves: Sword Dance, Sandstorm, Earthquake, Iron Head, Stealth Rock, Flame Charge, Taunt, Stone Edge, Fire Fang, Rapid Spin, X-Scissor
Role identification: A sand/fire switch in sweeper. With a max speed of 1216 with both boost and a jolly nature, it pretty much out speeding the whole metagame that don’t have enough boost. It have a nice base attack stat and a way to boost it, it can become an instant threat.

New ability and desc: Serene Pouch (Serene Grace + Cheek Pouch) Both Combine
Notable moves: Psychic, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Volt Switch, Relic Song, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Parabolic Charge, Charge Beam
Role identification: Melden is a special attacker with a way to boost its special attack 100% of the time. Serene Grace and Charge Beam gives Melden STAB, and a way to boost it firepower while still doing damage. Other than that, there nothing else I want to say about Melden.

Melden-Pirouette
New type: Electric/Fighting
New base stats: 83/124/95/67/67/117 (553)
New ability and desc: Serene Pouch (Serene Grace + Cheek Pouch) Both Combine

Parents: Cradily & Cloyster
Shared egg group: Water 3
Offspring name: Radster
New type: Grass/Water
New base stats: 78/98/148/93/86/66 (569)
New ability and desc: Strom Link (Skill Link + Strom Drain) Both Combine
Notable moves: Giga Drain, Amnesia, Curse, Recover, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb/Wave, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Icicle Crash, Avalanche, Rapid Spin, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Ice Beam, Explosion, Surf, Shell Smash, Hydro Pump
Role identification: With a typing similar to Ludocolo and access to one of the best set up moves in the game, Radster is a neat pokemon. Even though there is no STAB multi-hit move in its inventory, it still can dish out a lot of damage if you want to go on that route. Radster is one of the few pokemon to learn Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Rapid Spin.
There's already a Cloyster/Cradily fusion in the Hall of Fame. I should know, I came up with it. =]

Less of a Parp, more of a bzzzt.

Where did you pull not checking accuracy/evasion with Cloyster/Minior?

The forme-changing aspect of Shields Down, specifically the implied part about how Core forme Minior can be hit by status again. This reversal was thus applied to Skill Link. I really don't think it breaks the fusion, just makes its primary attacking moves more reliable.

Is it a bulky birb, or a fast birb? Depends on the HP!
Parents: Skarmory + Decidueye
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Skarmeye
New type: Steel/Ghost
New base stats: 81/103/117/80/95/80 (556)
New ability and desc: Light Armor: (Weak Armor + Overgrow) Boosts defense by 1.5x when over 1/3 HP. Doubles speed when under 1/3 HP.
Notable moves: Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Spikes, Spirit Shackle, Iron Head, Swords Dance
Role identification: Well, there are two things doable here. One is use bulk to set up until you're below 1/3 HP and then go on the offense, the other is to just do normal Skarmory things and Roost off damage using your fast.

A potent wallbreaker with extra STAB
Parents: Crabominable + Crawdaunt
Shared egg group: Water 3
Offspring name: Crabodaunt
New type: Fighting/Water
New base stats: 90/136/91/76/71/59 (523)
New ability and desc: Adaptable Fist (Adaptability + Iron Fist): STAB bonus is 2x instead of 1.5x. Punching moves power 1.3x and are treated as STAB regardless of typing.
Notable moves: Ice Hammer, Swords Dance, Aqua Jet, Crabhammer, Drain Punch, Knock Off,
Role identification: A strong wallbreaker with psuedo-STAB on Ice Hammer, as well as Adaptability and Iron Fist's effects to boost it even further. It also has other good moves, including Aqua Jet and Drain Punch, to benefit from its ability with.

New Stuff:

I bet you'll have trouble finding something to resist this STAB coverage. Especially not Dialcatty.
Parents: Entei + Zygarde
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Zyntei
New type: Fire/Ground
New base stats: 111/127(+20)/103/85/85/117(+20) (628)
New ability and desc: G-Break (Pressure + Aura Break) Negates Pressure-based abilities* (even ones that don't effect PP), uses no PP during turns where the effect of a Pressure-based ability would normally affect it
Notable moves: Thousand Arrows, Sacred Fire, Extreme Speed, filler
Role identification: Arrows!Ground and Fire are unresisted by type and have very few things that resist both by ability either. This makes Zyntei a very potent attacker for obvious reasons. But on top of that, G-Break allows it to check or counter almost all abusers of Pressure-based abilities in the tier - it can still use items against Harem (as if that's not getting quickbanned lmao), can hit Dialcatty super-effectively, takes a lot less damage from Fear-Roh, can strike Deoxurk at full power and pretty much destroys DIO.

*Only ones that directly effect Zyntei, attack used by it, or attacks against it. Light Speed is not negated, neither is Vexing Valor, Compression's secondary effects are negated but its form change is not, and does not negate these abilities when they are used against allies. In the case of Time Stop, attacking a 'mon with G-Break is treated the same as using a protection move. Takes priority over Overwhelming Presence.

Pidgeot fusion counter, Berry abuser, BoltBeam attacker.
Parents: Delibird + Dedenne
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Dedede
New type: Ice/Electric
New base stats: 66/66/61/83/66/98 (440)
New ability and desc: Royal Strength (Hustle + Cheek Pouch): When hit by an attack with boosted accuracy (including by No Guard), heals 33% of max HP and restores its berry (if possible) instead of taking damage. If not holding a berry, Attack boosted by 50%, everything else boosted by 33%. If holding a berry, all stats boosted by 50%.
Notable moves: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Blizzard, Thunder, Ice Punch, Wild Charge, Ice Shard, Volt Switch, U-turn, Rapid Spin, Charge Beam, Nuzzle, Fake Out
Role identification: A powerful sweeper in its own right, thanks to BoltBeam STAB and its ability, as well as a counter to abusers of accuracy-boosting abilities (or Coil), also thanks to its ability. Also it can clear hazards.

On item choices, physical sets can use whatever since holding a Berry doesn't increase the Attack boost, but Special Sets (which is probably what'll be run) will probably want to hold berries due to the boosts to other stats.

DNA Donors: Nihilego / Xurkitree
Offspring name: Nihitree
New Type: Electric / Poison
Base Stats: 97 /71 / 47 / 151 / 101 / 97 (+1 HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, +1 SpA, +0 SpD, +4 Spe)
Ability: Beast Boost
Notable Moves: I am Lazy.
Role Identification: It's quite bulky specially, and 151 SpA with Tail Glow is quite good. Average Speed stat can be made up with Z-Hypnosis, like Xurkitree.

DNA Donors: Nihilego / Mr. Mime
Offspring name: Nihi Mime
New Type: Rock / Psychic
Base Stats: 47 / 49 / 56 / 113 / 125 / 96 (+ HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, + SpA, +0 SpD, + Spe)
Ability: Energy Filter (Filter + Beast Boost) When hit by a supereffective move, boosts highest stat by one stage.
Notable Moves: I am Lazy.
Role Identification: Although somewhat outclassed by Nihitree, running enough moves that makes this bulky can allow them to function similarly, but with different STABs and different ways of snowballing.

DNA Donors: Mr. Mime / Xurkitree

New Type: Electric / Psychic
Base Stats: 61 / 67 / 68 / 136 / 95 / 86 (+0 HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, +0 SpA, +0 SpD, +0 Spe)
Ability: Filter Waste (Filter + Beast Boost) Supereffective damage on the opponent is halved, but everytime this happens, boosts highest stat by one stage.
Notable Moves: I am Lazy.
Role Identification: Has average bulk to wallbreak, I guess. Snowballing is also different for it, wanting as much coverage as possible.

inb4 sash + metal burst dialcatty nukes Zyntei into the sun
oh and if Zyntei isn't scarfed or is affected by webs then a scarf Dialcatty can run the incredible WATER PULSE to murder it (actually really doubt that does enough damage but oh well)
but this is a pretty good counter, although i feel like the notable moves section should mention DDance and Coil because they're pretty useful on this.

New ability and desc: Turboblaze + Tinted Lens (Turbo Lens): This pokemon's moves ignores resists and immunities. Doubles the power of the move if it ignores a resist or immunity
Notable moves: School PC, will add later. Getting PC back today.
Role identification: Spam Hyper Voice + Dragon Pulse, with Roost for recovery. Other moves are up to you, but take a pick from Heat Wave, Moonblast, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Fusion Flare, Earth Power, Flash Cannon and Signal Beam.
Really not sure there's enough of a place to get the ignoring of immunities from here. Neither ability ignores actual type immunities. If it ignored ability-based immunities I'd be much more on board, but this isn't right.

There's already a Cloyster/Cradily fusion in the Hall of Fame. I should know, I came up with it. =]
Looking at that fusion now, I can see a small issue with how the ability was made.
Where exactly did the 'if holding an item' bit come from? Neither Suction Cups nor Skill Link have anything to do with their user holding items, and suction cups only negates the effects of a small few items held by the opponent.
Just seems odd. Did you mix up Suction Cups with Sticky Hold or something?

On the subject of weird abilities, can we retcon the sandy castform stuff? It's just out of nowhere.
no thanks

honestly if we're gonna change every stretch in the abilities we'd basically have to change 99% of the fusions

i mean that would kinda be a single-use set against a single mon tho

the ddance and coil point is a good point tho

also fun fact i didn't even originally intend Zyntei to be a counter to Dialcatty, it just happened when I made its ability-

we don't have to get rid of all stretches, just remove the sandy castforms and maybe prune some other stuff later.
