New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 82 / 109 / 86 / 77 / 78 / 64 (BST 496)

Notable moves: Knock Off, Hammer Arm, Recover, Taunt, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Metal Burst, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Endeavor
Role identification: A bulky offender, with a buffed Mold Breaker, but one that only works if you can out-stall the opponent. Also can Toxic or Taunt Magic Bouncers.

Also still want limits (or lack thereof) on how many fusions I can do clarified.

"You want the grunts to keep collecting Pokemon, right? And designing their new fusions? They have lots of ideas."

Offspring name: Avaligon
New type: Ice/Dragon
New base stats: 96 / 128 / 147 / 62 / 78 / 48 (BST 559)
New ability and desc: Icicle Skin (Ice Body + Rough Skin) - When the user is attacked by a contact move, the attacker receives 1/8 HP damage, accounting for Ice weakness and resistance.
Notable moves: Recover, Avalanche, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Gyro Ball, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Revenge, Power-Up Punch, Dragon Claw, Aqua Tail, Curse, Hone Claws, Glare, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Sucker Punch, Payback, Gunk Shot, Stealth Rock, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch
Role identification: This came out way better than what I expected. Slap an Assault Vest on it and it can start tanking hits while setting up with Power-Up Punch, or go with a Curse set, or lay down Rocks and start parashuffling. Also, rip those with 4x Ice weakness, which takes 1/2 HP damage from the ability.

This Pokemon is immune to Ground-Type moves. A Ground-Type attack against this Pokemon will result in the attacker being burned.
Notable moves: Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Recover, Calm Mind, Shell Smash, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Dazzling Gleam
Role identification: A special attacker with the ability to run a set for either Calm Mind or Shell Smash.

Notable moves: Gunk Shot, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Taunt, Sucker Punch, Will-O-Wisp, Trick Room, Destiny Bond, Pain Split, Shadow Punch, Earthquake
Role identification: A great physical attacker with nice bulk and an ability to benefit it with access to moves that can hinder the foe's offensive defensive capabilities.

Parents: Gliscor + Scizor
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Glizor
New type: Ground / Bug
New base stats: 82 / 122 / 122 / 60 / 87 / 90
New ability and desc: Hyper Technician (User's moves with 60 BP or lower are 1.5x stronger, and the user's Attack cannot be lowered)
Notable moves: Earthquake, U-Turn, Roost, Swords Dance, Knock Off, Superpower, Bullet Punch, Defog, Elemental Fangs, Aqua Tail
Role identification: It becomes an interesting defensive / offensive mon, taking a role similar to both mons. The main purpose of this was to give a mon with the semi-unique typing of Ground / Bug, only seen by Nincada. It's also fitting, since both of them even have similar traits (the claws come to mind). I was trying to think of a way to balance the ability out, but then I realized it already kind of is, since the main draw (Bullet Punch) no longer gets STAB, and Gliscor doesn't have any good technician moves that Scizor doesn't already get, so I just left it like it is.

Shared egg group:
Monster
Offspring name: Tyraxorus
New type: Rock / Dragon
New base stats: 89 / 144 / 114 / 74 / 74 / 94
New ability and desc: Jawbreaker (Mold Breaker + Strong Jaw)
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Rock Slide, Outrage, Taunt, Crunch, Stealth Rock, Poison Jab, Rock Polish
Role identification: Designed to be a Dragon type sweeper of two sorts, either Rock Polish or Dragon Dance. It gets a nice Mold Breaker Taunt, hits insanely hard with Dual STAB plus hella coverage in Crunch, EQ, Ice Fang, Poison Jab, etc.

Parents: Masquerain + Clawitzer
Shared egg group: Bug / Water
Offspring name: Masquitzer
New type: Bug / Water
New base stats: 80 / 76 / 85 / 110 / 95 / 69
New ability and desc: Intimi-Launcher (Aura and Pulse moves lower the target's Attack by 1 stage)
Notable moves: Quiver Dance, Roost, Hydro Pump, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Signal Beam, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere
Role identification: A bulky set-up mon, or just a bulky annoyer mon. It's ability is intersting imho, as it makes Water Pulse a damaging Growl. While it isn't as usefull as either Mega Launcher or Intimidate, I still think its an alright ability. Plus, it would be crazy with Intimidate + Mega Launcher because its already a really impressive mon. It has yet another unique typing in Bug / Water (Surskit doesn't count >:( ), and ok bulk in 80/85/95. The only real "bad stat" is speed, which sits at a bad 69. Quiver Dance patches that out, but even at +1 it gets outsped by shit, unfortunately Still a really neat bulky mon / quiver dancer.

Parents: Charizard and Tyranitar
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Tyranizard
New type: Fire / Dark ( :( )
New base stats: 99/119/104/112/103/91
New ability and desc: Sand Flare - Starts up Sandstorm, Fire and Rock attacks do 1.5 as long as sand is up
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Role identification: Came out worse than I thought it would, mostly because I had some confusion regarding the typing. I really dk what to make of it, it has less than average speed, but good defenses, but with a bad typing. I suppose the sand boost might mitigate it somewhat ?

Parents: Charizard and Tyranitar
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Tyranizard
New type: Fire/Dragon B)
New base stats: 99/165/137/133/103/91
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Pursuit
Role identification: Serves as a slower, but more powerful, and far bulkier Mega Zard X. Not to mention, it can set up Stealth Rock, still can't be burned, as has additions to an already great move pool.

Parents: Charizard and Tyranitar
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Tyranizard
New type: Fire/Rock ( :( )
New base stats: 99/149/144/112/123/101
New ability and desc: Sand Flare - Starts up Sandstorm, Fire and Rock attacks do 1.5 as long as sand is up
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Role identification: Oddly enough, while having a bad defensive typing, this is actually faster, although its own sand leaves it suspectible to Sand Rush Juggernaughts. However, if this can get a DD up it could be very lethal. It also has the unique option of resisting most -ates, and also has nice SpD in the sand with 99/123 special bulk and great 99/144 physical bulk. Too bad it's weak to Ground and Water...

New base stats: 130 / 116 / 81 / 85 / 102 / 56 (BST 570)
New ability and desc: Venomous Fat (Thick Fat + Poison Point) -
This Pokemon takes 1/2 damage from Fire and Ice moves, and when hit with a move of either of these types, there is a 50% chance the attacker will be poisoned.
Notable moves: Return, Poison Jab, Earthquake, Curse, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Heavy Slam, Superpower, Gunk Shot
Role identification: A bulky physical attacker.

Offspring name: Barcheops (streamline name)
New type: Rock
New base stats: 83 / 132 / 100 / 93 / 85 / 99 (BST 592)
New ability and desc: Rough Temper (Tough Claws + Defeatist); Contact moves do x1.3 damage but Attack and Special Attack are halved when HP is at half or lower.
Notable moves: Shell Smash, Head Smash, Aqua Tail, Superpower, U-Turn, Roost, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Switcheroo, Knock Off
Role identification: A powerful offensive set-up attacker with a powerful Tough Claws + Shell Smash + Head Smash. Its power is kept in check with a lack of other STAB moves that make contact as well as Head Smash recoil + Defeatist.

The Xatu Warrior
Parents: Breloom and Slaking
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: KingLoom(sounds better then breking or slackloom)
New type: Grass/normal
New base stats: 105/140/90/77/62/85 Check math (should be 115 / 155 / 100 / 87 / 72 / 95)
New ability and desc: P...oison Heal? (basically poison heal that ignores being poisoned altogether every other turn similar to truant)
Notable moves: bulk up, swords dance, facade, spore, slack off, fire punch, earthquake,
Role identification: basically, a powerful facade user that can boost up. Yes, i went there, i tried to make a viable slaking fusion that doesnt either make it completely overkill, or make it completely crap.. however, idk if this would be too overkill, i mean 140 stab boosted facade off 140 is bound to hit hard, id argue its piss poor special bulk meh speed, and its typing is also arguably pretty bad, being nailed by every common priority SE. id say its not broken. close...but probably meh enough to not be uber.

Shared egg group: Water1
Offspring name: Clamnite
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 73 / 104 / 100 / 97 / 87 / 66 (BST 527)
New ability and desc: Inner Armor (Shell Armor+Inner Focus) -
This Pokemon is immune to flinches and crits.
Notable moves: Hurricane, Dragon Pulse, Scald, Hydro Pump, Shell Smash, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Surf, Roost, Defog
Role identification: A bulky Shell Smash set, taking advantage of Clamperl's signature DeepSeaTooth to double its Special Attack. Alternatively, it can use the DeepSeaScale to run an expert defensive set.

(Not sure if I could use TTar as well, but I'd like to put this idea out there)

Parents:
Tyranitar and Torterra
Monster Group: Monster
Offspring Name: Tyterra
New Typing: Rock/Grass
New Base Stats: 107/131/117/95/102/68
New Ability and desc: Sand Overgrowth - Starts sandstorm weather and Grass type attack boosted by 1.5 at low health (1/3)
Notable Moves: Leech Seed, Stealth Rock, Giga Drain, Dragon Dance, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Curse, Leaf Storm
Role Identification: Sorry SpartanMalice, but I think this is a better use of Tyranitar. All of Tyranitar's stats increase or stay the same (with the exception of Attack). This Pokemon could be used as a Dragon Dancer, but I think it'd be a great fit for a special tank. The typing is improved (mainly the 4x weakness to Fighting), and the moveset makes recovery possible.
For maximum tankiness, run Assault Vest and use Giga Drain for recovery.

(ChucklePackage, my TTar was awful, only because I'd assumed I could get Rock/Flying or Fire/Dark, I mixed up the primary typing description)

Parents: Hippowdon and Excadrill
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Hippowdrill
New type: Ground
New base stats: 119/133/99/59/69/64
New ability and desc: Sand Beast - Sets up sandstorm and gains 2x speed in Sandstorm. If OP, please ignore and just use Sand Force's effect instead.
Notable moves: Slack Off, Rapid Spin, Swords Dance, Stone Edge
Role identification: While it loses the valuable steel type, it's movepool is still rather dry so Iron Head sticks for coverage. However, there's no denying that it really is a beast in sand, even with it's low speed. It maintains more or less the same bulk as a standard hippowdon, allowing it to perform the role of a fast support mon as well as a fast attacker with Swords Dance. Movepool should help keep it relatively balanced.

Reserving Gyarizard/Charatos.

Parents: Crawdaunt and Drapion
Shared egg group: Water1
Offspring name: Drapaunt
New type: Water/Poison
New base stats: 76 / 115 / 107 / 85 / 75 / 85 (BST 543)
New ability and desc: Revenge Shot (Shell Armor+Sniper) -
This Pokemon is immune to crits. If this ability causes it to not be hit by a critical hit, its next attack will automatically crit and deal double damage.
Notable moves: Crabhammer, Cross Poison, Dragon Dance, Knock Off, Aqua Jet, Payback, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Earthquake
Role identification: A bulky physical attacker, with setup and support options, as well as an inferior Anger Point mashed onto Shell Armor for an ability.

Parents: Arbok + Garchomp
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Garchok
New type: Poison / Dragon
New base stats: 84 / 117 / 92 / 82 / 92 / 101
New ability and desc: Sand Skin (Cures any major status ailment after each turn during sandstorm. Protects against sandstorm damage.)
Notable moves: Coil, Swords Dance, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Dragon Rush, Elemental Fang, Dragon Tail, Sucker Punch
Role identification: A bulky set-up sweeper that, sadly, has no recovery. It does have a decent speed though, and an interesting typing in Poison / Dragon. To be honest, I just wanted to mix something with Garchomp that didn't make something broken, and Arbok was perfect because not only do I love Arbok, but Poison / Dragon is a really cool typing. Sand Skin is a cool ability too (maybe it can run Sandstorm + Rest like Manaphy? :p).

New type: Bug/Ground
New base stats: 77 / 107 / 117 / 60 / 82 / 113 (BST 556)
New ability and desc: Locust Swarm) Swarm + Sand Veil-
In Sand, this Pokemon's evasion is increased one stage, and the power of its Bug type attacks is increased 25%.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Swords Dance, Megahorn, Roost, Toxic Spikes, Stone Edge, Spikes, Baton Pass, Iron Defense, Sky Uppercut, Knock Off
Role identification: A bulky physical sweeper, with alternate sets in Baton Pass and hazard setting.

Parents: Primape + Emboar
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Primboar
New type: Fighting / Fire
New base stats: 97 / 124 / 72 / 90 / 77 / 90
New ability and desc: Blazing Spirit (User cannot sleep. When a move that would put the user to sleep is used on the user, it powers up the Pokémon’s Fire-type moves)
Notable moves: Close Combat, U-Turn, Flare Blitz, Head Smash, Overheat, Wild Charge, Knock Off
Role identification: A semi-fast, semi-bulky mon that hits decently hard. It has a decent typing, and makes for a good sleep absorber. It has good coverage and decent enough HP to sponge all those recoil moves, along with things like U-Turn. Could work as a scarfer maybe?

Parents: Dragalge + Hydreigon
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Hydralge
New type: Poison/Dark
New base stats: 88/100/100/121/116/81
New ability and desc: Repulsive - Immune to Ground Type and has a 30% chance of poison on contact (Poison Point effect, not Poison Touch)
Notable moves: Sludge Bomb/Wave, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Toxic Spikes, Thunderbolt, Roost
Role identification: Special attacker, with (subpar) coverage and one hazard move. This Pokemon has no weaknesses in ordinary circumstances, and has a decent recovery in Roost. Immunity to Psychic and Ground patches up some of its weaknesses. It'll probably run Specs/Scarf or Black Sludge to deal quick damage, but ultimately, it's not meant to OHKO many pokemon.

Parents: Carracosta and Dragonite
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Carragon
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 92 / 131 / 124 / 101 / 92 / 76 (BST 616)
New ability and desc: Solid Focus (Solid Rock + Inner Focus); Takes x0.75 from super effective attacks and cannot be made to flinch.
Notable moves: Roost, Stealth Rock, Dragon Tail, Scald, Shell Smash, Aqua Tail, Dragon Claw, Extremespeed, Knock Off, Aqua Jet
Role identification: A defensive Pokemon with a nice typing + ability and bulk with access to a decent defensive movepool that includes reliable recovery. Alternatively, Carragon can do a complete 180 and utilise its offensive movepool and good Attack along with priority in ExtremeSpeed to become a set-up attacker. Weakness Policy in conjunction with Solid Rock and reasonable bulk can be a neat gimmick too.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Charatos
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 97/115/89/95/103/101
New ability and desc: Dreaded Flames - Gains a 1.5x boost to fire moves on the turn of entry, and lowers opponent's defence on entry.
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: Much like Eevee's Magmovire, this could function as many things, Mixed attacker (albeit a weaker option), DD, SD, defensive variants with WoW/Scald + Roost. Funnily enough, Gyarados gets Thunderbolt while zard gets Thunderpunch, and now they share that. Also, boltbeam. Lastly, Zard maintains it's primary role as a Dragon Dancer that doesn't care about burn. Has some good resistances to steel and fairy too.

Reserving Noivern + Mandibuzz.

Edit:

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA

Offspring name: Charatos
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 97/135/89/145/133/101
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam, Solarbeam

Role identification: Amazing wallbreaker. Though it loses water stab in sun, it has nifty resistances with the typing, including 4x resists to Steel, Fire and Ice. Due to the fact that it gets near equal offenses, it can viably run a physical set as well as a special set, and it has a great 101 speed to boot.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA

Offspring name: Charatos
New type: Fire/Dark
New base stats: 97/145/119/105/133/101
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: Another excellent stat spread, Fire/Dark is usually a frail typing, but I felt that as there are too many Water/Dark mons, Fire/Dark seemed to be the way to go. Also, it's once again a Dragon Dancer that does not get burned.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA

Offspring name: Charatos
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 97/161/122/116/103/101
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: An incredibly powerful variant of Charizard Mega X, better in pretty much every stat except SpA, which it doesn't need anyway. The additional boost from Dreaded Flames helps it set up as well as dish out heavy damage. There's not much getting in the way of this Eurasian dragon, and it can even run bulky sets just as well.

Offspring name: Aggrigon
New type: Steel / Dragon
New base stats: 83 / 125 / 145 / 70 / 85 / 59
New ability and desc: Sturdy Skin (Sturdy + Rough Skin)
Notable moves: Heavy Slam, Dragon Tail, Autotomize / Rock Polish, Dragon Claw, Stealth Rock, Roar, Fire Blast
Role identification: A bulky attack, or even a wall with those stats and typing. It has a decent movepool, but lacks reliable recovery (which is probably a good thing - this thing might be broken with recovery!). It can still set up rocks and has phazing. It's ability makes it annoying to hit with physical hits and lets it do the usual sturdy shenanigans, although it is much less needed due to the great typing. Can surprise sweep with Rock Polish

Notable moves: fire punch, stealth rock, dragon dance, stone edge, ice punch, dragon claw
Role identification: A super tanky sweeper or defensive mon that can set up rocks and still have massive offensive presence

Parents: Mandibuzz + Noivern
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Noibuzz
New type: Dark/Flying
New base stats: 108/78/103/86/98/112
New ability and desc: Spy Suit / 007 Buzz - Infilitrator + Overcoat, does not take damage from weather, moves ignore substitute, screens, safeguard and mist.
Notable moves: Hurricane, Foul Play, Boomburst, Roost, U-turn, Super Fang, Defog, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Tailwind
Role identification: Meet Mini Lugia. Infiltrator allows it to spread status and punish substitute + setup attackers as well as screens, can act as fast bulky support, but alternatively, it can function as Noivern with a better offensive type, with newfound access to Nasty Plot, good bulk, and still maintaining hurricane, at the cost of slightly lower speed. Same case with Mandibuzz, who loses some bulk, but gains more options.

Reserving Aerodactyl + Swellow.
