Learned By: Heliodra
Name: Alternator (Dragon Tail + Volt Switch)
New Type: Electric
Classification: Special
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 90
Power Points: 10
Effect: Forces the target out, then allows the user to switch. -6 Priority.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
A great way to phase and pivot at the same time, practically guaranteeing favorable matchups.
Learned By: Zorcanine
Name: Fog of Night (Sunny Day + Night Daze)
New Type: Dark
Classification: Status
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: N/A
Power Points: 5
Effect: Summons Dark Fog for 5 turns, or 8 if the user is holding a Dusk Stone. Dark Fog's effects are identical to that of Gen IV's fog weather (the accuracy of all Pokemon reduced by 40%, the effect is dispelled by Defog, Weather Ball's power is doubled, and Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun have their recovery reduced to 1/4 of max HP), but with a few differences: Dark Fog overrides other weather and can be overridden by other weather and is negated by any effect that would negate weather, i.e. Air Lock, Weather Ball is Dark type and never misses, and Pokemon with Forecast or fusions of Forecast become Dark Type. Dark type Pokemon and Pokemon with the ability Keen Eye or fusions of Keen Eye are immune to the fog's accuracy drop.
Target: N/A
A special weather unique to Zorcanine, this is exactly the kind of smoke that an illusionist needs. Fog of Night is great for disrupting weather teams and forcing your opponent to switch to their defogger, potentially allowing you to KO them and set up hazards. Unfortunately, the fog severely reduces the effectiveness of Zorcanine's only recovery move, Morning Sun, but you can't have everything, I suppose.
Learned By: Archedactyl
Name: Dogfight (Fly + Sky Drop)
New Type: Flying
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 95
Power Points: 10
Effect: On the first turn, the target is lifted into the air, where they are hit with a 60 BP Flying type attack that makes contact. On the second turn, they are dropped for an additional 60 BP Flying type move that does not make contact. While in the air, the target cannot use moves. Pokemon weighing more than 200 kg are not lifted, and instead are only hit with the first attack, and Pokemon that aren't grounded don't take damage from the second attack.
Target: 1 Pokemon
An effective base 120 Flying-type physical STAB, or base 140 for the mega (Tough Claws only boosts the first hit). The damage output here makes this a viable form of Sky Drop, which can actually turn Archedactyl into a stallbreaker, if the stall you're trying to break has been badly poisoned.

Name: Landslide (Bulldoze + Power-Up Punch
New Type: Ground
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 20
Effect: Raises user's Attack and Speed by 1 stage each.
Target: All adjacent Pokemon
Basically Dragon Dance with half an Earthquake attached. Nice!
Learned By: Mamodrill
Name: Steel Smash (Iron Head + Earth Power)
New Type: Steel
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 85
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 10
Effect: 30% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1 stage. Makes contact.
Target: 1 adjacent Pokemon
For all those Unaware walls that don't care about your Swords Dancing, you can plow right through them by messing with their stats instead! A simple -1 can turn a 3HKO into a 2HKO, forcing them to switch into something that cares about you being at +6 quite a bit more.
