If Honedge is behind a substitute when you would use Yawn, use Earthquake the first time, and Flamethrower any other times, pushing back each instance.
If successful p/e move, use Future Sight the first time, Trick Room on the second, and Curse on the third time, pushing back each instance
 
Assuming first sub takes priority here, but it doesn't really matter.
