Word of advice: it's not always a great idea to go for a kill with a last-action combo, since it leaves you helpless and cooling down. This is especially true when there is a different course of action that would have allowed you to KO without using said combo.
However, it's never a good idea to do all of the above at the expense of 30 HP. At least there was no more stalling, which is good for the ref.

Also, I know I'm supposed to be impartial, but in the future, when your opponent has No Guard as an ability, there are aproximately zero reasons to use Shock Wave when you can use a 100% accurate Thunder instead...
